  1. I will if we decide to bring her! I was under the impression that pets weren't allowed at all levels and loops. I was really trying to learn if that was accurate/enforced. Now that I know I was wrong, I will bring our sweet girl out of the shadows! Haha!
  2. Thanks! That's what I figured, but I thought I would check with the experts!
  3. When I was a kid, and we camped at FW, we always took our bikes and used bike locks. Is this still necessary? Sorry for bombarding y'all with questions today. We are in our final packing stages!
  4. This is great news! Such a relief, too, because we are all heartbroken to not bring her with us! Thanks for all the reassurance, everyone!
  5. Yes. We used one camping this summer. We were really amazed that it worked so well traveling with a dog!
  6. Seriously? I thought there were only 2 pet friendly loops! We are new to camping with a dog. I would hate to get there and there be an issue.
  7. We are heading to the fort in just under 2 weeks. We have gotten a small 13 lb dog since we made the reservation. We plan to leave the dog with family but we are all starting to regret not switching our reservation to a pet friendly loop. Is there any way to make it work to take her with us? No flaming necessary. We don't want to break any rules, but we really would like to take our little Lilo with us. Thanks!
  8. When Planet Hollywood first opened, they had chicken coated in cap'n crunch. Fascinating that they are tryingto reintroduce that as Guy Fieri's idea. It was really gross. I haven'teaten there in probably 19 years, though, so I couldn't guess what it has been like more recently.
  9. We arrive on the 3rd! Would love a meet up!
  10. I agree with this. Regardless of the type of soap being used there is a monumental difference between a small wash tub full of water and a a whole holding tank when talking about drainage, mud creation, etc..
  11. Thanks for the reminder. Nothing sensitive in what I do! I've been working remotely for 15 years so I'm well versed on all of this. I'm really just wanting to see if my connection will go out mid-email or if I can truly get 30 minutes of work done in 30 minutes.
  12. Thanks for the info! I know that there are no guarantees, and I will have a contingency plan. I will only need about 30 minutes a day, so I am hoping that I can make it happen during the baby's nap time!
  13. Thanks for the advice, but I will need to work away from home for about 5 hours per year. I don't really think that justifies additional equipment. Also, I would be the one paying for it as I work remotely.
  14. I just got a promotion at work. ..yay! But it means that I will have to work just a bit during my September trip. I have requested the 1500 loop. Can anyone tell me if the wifi is really consistent and reliable in that loop? Any advice about certain sites that may have a better signal?
  15. Is there a pool at Big Meadows? We live just north of Chattanooga, and this area is so convenient, but Pigeon Forge makes our skin crawl. Our 3 kids, though, would revolt without a pool!
  16. Thanks so much! I hadn't thought about the boat to CR running that early! We are daily rope droppers, so it looks like even our non-breakfast morning we will need to do this! I'm not a huge fan of the CR theming, but that walk to MK sure is nice and easy! Thanks again!
  17. Good Morning! I'm new around here. My family will be bringing our pop-up to the fort in September for the first time. I spent most vacations in our camper at FW growing up, though, so I have a lot of general familiarity. My husband and I have been bringing our 3DDs at least once a year since birth, sometimes on property and sometimes off. I was also a college programmer. So, I have a large body of WDW knowledge, but I am really excited about growing my FW knowledge! My first question is about morning boats to MK. We have a pre-RD BOG ADR. I despise driving to MK. Will the boat
