You're definitely not at the Fort. YUCK!

Ok, let me preface this by saying, "I live in the south!" I was thinking that I am gonna find a roadkill coon and take the tail and a piece of hide to make mine. What do y'all think?

Wow, you are very talented!! I dabble with charcoal, but trust me, I have no talent! I do enjoy it though. If I had your talent, I'd quit my day job!

Take a can of lysol spray (the original kind) and spray on any yellow fly bites, takes a little of the sting away. DON'T SCRATCH that makes then way worse. You might want to take some benadryl just in case anyone is real sensitive to them. My daddy always said that yellow flies came from blackberries that ripened and fell of the briar bush, because that's when they come around here.

Hi!!! Welcome!

I understand that the "intent" of the FP is that it be used during the return time posted on the FP. I believe that there is some flexibility given to the CM's due to the fact that people have ADR's, ride breakdowns, etc. From personal experience at the Toy Story Mania FP machines; when I got in line the return time was great, but it changed rapidly while I was in line and when I got my FP it gave times that were going to be during my lunch at Sci Fi. The CM said it was no problem to come after we ate.
Some people do take advantage of this flexibility to build-up FP's and use them all in the afternoon/evening. Is this allowed? It appears as if the answer is "yes." Is it "right?" that is up to you!! I am not the Fort Fiends PoPo! :rofl2: :doublebeer:

I'm definitely curious to see where this leads.

The loft definitely had the "Wow" factor and my son loved it, but alas we know it is not practical. :doublebeer: I do think that at least it got my brothers attention and got him focused on looking for something!! :rofl2: We are gonna be looking for quite a while I'm sure before we even consider buying something. I guess I can handle the "window shopping!"

The cabins have a nice big fry pan, used it a lot in Jan.
When were you there? We didn't cook anything last time we went, but definitely will be next time!

It is gorgeous!

I have heard a lot about the forced perspective thing, but that picture really demonstrates that!

Thanks for posting these. Such nostalgia! My first trip was to Disney Land in 1970. Love the old ticket brochure and the map.

I have got to go check this out!

What is the ride or attraction that you would most like to see Disney replace with something (anything) else?
My least favorite attraction would be the Journey into Narnia: Prince Caspian attraction at DHS. I think that was the biggest waste of time during our entire trip... Let's stuff everyone into a small room so we can promote our film on a couple of large screen TVs. We waited in line for that??? I would like that half hour of my life back, please. Sounds Dangerous with Drew Carey (also at DHS) would be a close second. I really thought that they were going to explain how they did all of the sound effects. Instead we just sat in the dark listening to Drew ramble on and make sounds... The only thing that made that attraction more interesting, was making out with the hubbs when they had the lights turned off. :toiletreading:
Totally Agree with the Narnia thing. So ridiculous.
I don't know where the hell I am...Wait...I found myself, the trip report
