  1. The defender responsible for covering Robinson (P. J. Williams) was never touched during the play, so it's difficult to consider it a 'pick play'.

    Will Fuller and CJ Prosise were both in contact with defenders when the ball was passed. The rules are clear on that - they must NOT be in engaged with defenders at the time the ball is in the air - or at the very least, working to disengage REGARDLESS of who initiated contact.     In the last 6 weeks, there have been 48 Offensive Pass Interference calls in the NFL (no, it isn't college, but that is where things are headed for the college players);

     

    Another NCAA Offensive Pass Interference call (and a potential game changer) - Auburn receiver Sammie Coates was called for offensive pass interference on a 68-yard catch that would have placed the Tigers at MSU's 2-yard line early in the third quarter.
