Off topic, but fyi, Goofy's is open before any of the other stores at DTD by at least 1/2 hour, and serves up coffee. If you're an early guy like me, that is important.

is this a childrens series book?
thanks for the info.
Technically, yes, but like the Harry Potter books, a lot of adults are reading them.

Gee, I had a harder time following 3 than 2.

The best time when you buy a new camper is the time after you pick it up and before the first payment is due.

The monorails smell like a horsebarn. In all fairness, the horsebarn at FW smells better than the monorails. But they are fun to ride.

I have a weather radio in the camper for NOAA weather forecast.

By the way, the chicken at Cosmic Rays is one of the best deals on property, and it comes with a show - Sonny Eclipse.

Usually I am happy with whatever we can pick up with the amplified antenna. Once when we were camping in the Poconos we got no reception and the cable didn't work. That was a pain, but not a war stopper.

Turkey legs anyplace.

Cosmic Rays has a pretty good rotisserie chicken. How do you spell rotisserie? It's good anyway, and it comes with really good mashed potatoes and green beans.

Annoying problems and trailers go hand in hand. I really expect them and just don't let them get me down. We had a Jayco Kiwi which I loved and had many years of camping memories in, but it was not without it's problems. The first year we had a roof leak, the gasket around the front bunk had to be replaced about 3 years in, there was a leak around the rear bunk frame which I had to repair about the second year, the final thing was the door gaskets around the front storage area leaked, rotted the floor under the vinyl and had to be replaced. Anytime you cut a hole in a trailer, you open up the potential for a leak. I have concluded, after nearly 30 years of owning trailers, that water is the true enemy to all trailers, that with time every trailer will leak somewhere, and the best solution is prevention, so I am up on the roof every spring recaulking and looking for roof damage, as well as checking all door gaskets. As far as loose drawers and cabinet doors, loose plumbing joints, loose electrical connections - I figure that goes along with dragging a house over bumpy roads for hundreds of miles. I look at these things as what makes camping exciting and challenging. I feel a closeness to the pioneers who had to fix broken axles and wheels and fight off renegade Indians while heading west whenever a jack stand breaks or the heater won't light.

They also have chili and soup, different types.

My wife and I did it a couple years ago. Our character was Goofy.

If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all

Jim I looked for it on my Nook last night and couldn't find it. Help! Please :rofl2:
Okay I just went into the shop function, ebooks, then did a search on Ridley Pearson and the first three listings that came up were the first three books in the Kingdom Keeper series.

I have been waiting for the April release, too. You can now download the series on the Nook from B&N. Sweet!
Things I haven't thought of to look for on my Nook.....sounds like a plan for tomorrow
Until the Nook color came out, Kingdom Keepers weren't available. I guess B&N marketed the Nook to adults, and targeted the younger market for the Nook Color, so "children's books" were added to the ebook lineup. I would periodically do a search on Ridley Pearson and one day - poof- there was a huge listing for Kingdom Keepers, the Peter Pan series - all his children's books. So I downloaded book 3 in the series and now am waiting for book 4. I saw the release date on the B&N computer about a month ago.

Outside of hurricanes, I have never really seen an all day rain in Florida. My FIL used to say, "If you don't like the weather in Florida, wait an hour."

Yep - that's what we do too. Rain keeps the crowds away, but the parks remain open. It's all a mental thing. You just have to not care whether you get wet or not. The only negative is the air conditioned areas - when you're wet, it can be a bit chilly.

Just got done talking to a new Outback owner who didn't get a spare tire with his 2011 model. He said Keystone lists the tire, carrier and cover as an option. You might want to check with your dealer.

Mine is pretty easy to find - it's mounted on a bracket on the rear bumper.
Any Kingdom Keepers fans out there?

Newest Kingdom Keeper showed up on my Nook last night for $9.99. The others are $7.19, so I am going to hold off until the price comes down. I am in the middle of Bram Stoker's Dracula right now anyway.
