Hearing about all these weekend shenanigans is making me nervous now because I have been to the fort probably 12 times now in the past 2 years and I have finally was able to get my parents to book a trip to the Fort but we had to do it on a long weekend because my brother is still in school. So we are going on Jan 16th-20th. I want my parents to have a great experience the 1st time they go so they will love the fort as much as I do. I don't want them to have a bad experience and then get the wrong idea about the fort. fingers crossed it will all work out. People really need to learn manners.

Thanks again everyone we will also put a damp-rid in the camper when we close it up as well from now on once we get it clean. I will try and post before and after pictures for others as well. We have the reflective covers but our mildew issues started before we got them, They really do help keep the camper cooler though. We are very happy with them. Now if only January would be here already so i could be at the fort! ;D

Hi everyone, I live in fl and with fl comes with constant humidity. Anyone have any tricks on how they keep their popup canvas (Ours is made of vinyl I hope that's how you spell it) clean. We are having issues with the black mildew on it. We always make sure we close it up when it is dry but we still have the issue with the mildew on the canvas especially over the beds. Anyone have any advice on this it would be greatly appreciated. Also other then seam sealing the campers seams does anyone use a water repellent spray on their campers canvas?

Hi everyone! I just recently got engaged on September 11th when Chris my now fiancé, and I were having our 3 years of dating anniversary trip to Disney would. We had gone to California Grill for dinner and he proposed to me after we were all done eating. Anyways we are trying to plan a wedding at one of the downtown Disney hotels for November 7th 2014. I think i'm in-between Whyndham and Best Western. My question is I am thinking of doing like a dessert party the night before the wedding. I was thinking about doing it at the fort so that way we could supply everything. and then maybe do

Hi Everyone! This is my 1st time posting on Ft. Fiends. What is your favorite pet premium loop? I have stayed at the fort before (and will be there again in September in a preferred loop.) But I don't have much knowledge on premium loops. We have booked 2 premium sites for Jan. 2014 16th- 20th. We would like sites that are away from the hustle and noise. We would like sites that are surrounded by nature and away from the main road as well as shaded. We also like being near a comfort station because we only have a popup camper. Thanks! Please tell me your favorite loop and why that is as w
