I've seen reports that "The Hat Lady" show will no longer be performed at the Rose and Crown Pub in the UK Pavilion of World Showcase at Epcot.

For those that may not have seen her, The Hat Lady is an English pianist, singer and entertainer who has performed at the Rose and Crown for many years. From Temporary Tourist...

Epcot has a little secret that many do not know.  Only a few ever stop their visit to go into the Rose and Crown Pub for a drink.  Those lucky visitors get to experience one of the finest performers at Epcot, Carol Stein, AKA The Hat Lady.

Carol, is amazing, she personalizes her performances to include the audience and has a special knack for remembering those who come to see her perform.  She has been a part of the Disney family for more than 22 years.  You may have seen her perform at Downtown Disney’s Pleasure Island before her move to the Rose and Crown Pub in the UK Pavilion.  Carol has performed all over Walt Disney World throughout her career with Disney, you may have seen in any of the following venues over the years:

The Hat Lady will continue to appear, however in place of her regular "show," she will now only play music. She will reportedly take Guest requests, with Guests encouraged to sing along.

Official confirmation from The Mouse...

Disney has made a creative change to the musical entertainment at the Rose and Crown Pub.

Beginning July 16, the entertainment will focus exclusively on music. Patrons will be able to sing along, request their favorite songs thus
experiencing a more authentic pub-like experience. The Hat Lady and the story-telling part of the entertainment will no longer be a part of the experience. The performer who portrays "The Hat Lady" will continue to perform as a pianist only.

We are huge fans of the hat lady!

We've been going to see Carol for years and always love her songs. The way she can improv a song about you is unbelievable. This last time we were there she recognized us and sang a song about us immediately even though we hadn't seen her in over a year.

One trip after our wedding right as illuminations was starting she escorted us to a private viewing spot on the water to watch the show!

I'm disappointed they are changing her show but at least she will still be there, because she really is a great pianist.

She truly is a great castmember and

another reason we love Disneyworld so much.
