BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
From 12/4/14. It was our last night and we hadn't booked anything for dinner, and didn't want to travel far. We wandered over the The Wave and sat at the bar - which is huge and was half empty at the time. Best part, you can order off the full restaurant menu - and no ADR required! Smoked turkey (a WDW bar menu staple) and the house red, which they have an actual tap for. Wine on tap... brilliant! Delicious fresh rye bread. I would have loved a loaf of this to bring home. Citrus fennel salad with marcona almonds. Really delicious and a huge portion for a salad. Hey look kids, charcuterie! Dijon crusted lamb chops with risotto. Chops were melt-in-your-mouth good and cooked perfectly. Risotto was creamy and delicious, even the carrots were terrific. This doesn't look nearly as good as it smelled and tasted, but it was the pumpkin-marscapone ravioli with maple sage cream and candied bacon. Super delicious! American Flavors Trio dessert, left to right - Southern Pecan Pie with Buttered Pecan Ice Cream, Black Forrest Terrine with Cherry Compote, Apple-Cranberry Cobbler with Cinnamon Ice Cream. They were all good, but the black forrest terrine wasn't my favorite - maybe I just wasn't in a chocolate mood. The other 2 were terrific, and all of it was just enough at a few bites each.
