The only drawback is that our older portable dish will only get the SD channels now that Directv uses 2 satellites. If you want Directv HD programs you have to get the newer dish that can "see" both satellites at the same time. I believe that rules out all the automatic dishes..... Also, Verizon does do bundles with DIRECTV. We have one for home ohone/cell phones/internet/TV. But I think it's only in areas that can't get FIOS. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
