Then you may want to check out the new Brunch selections available at Fulton’s Crab House. Brunch continues to be all the rage around Disney World, with new dining options such as the Waterfront Brunch at the Grand Floridian’s Narcoossee’s and Brunch at the Top at the Contemporary’s California Grill, which will make its debut on February 7th. The new Brunch menu at Fulton’s just launched on January 17th, and will continue to be an option each Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, in keeping with the standard lunch menu availability. Inside Fulton’s Crab House Choices include Crab & Asparagus Benedict, a Monte Cristo Sandwich, Corned Beef Hash, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, and a Kobe Breakfast Burger. LOL Actually given the other brunch offerings added around WDW right now, this one isn't crazy price-wise. Especially if you consider it lunch and/or your big meal of the day. Quote Fulton's Crabhouse at Disney Springs closing for major remodel later this year 25 minutes ago The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that Fulton's Crabhouse will be closing in early April 2016 to begin a major remodel. Documents filed with the state of Florida indicate that the closure will result in the lay off of 214 workers. The restaurant is expected to reopen later in the year. Like most of the eateries at Disney Springs, Fulton's is operated by a third party, in this case Levy Restaurants. Many of the original Downtown Disney restaurants are upgrading their offerings with the arrival of brand new additions to Disney Springs. The BOATHOUSE, Morimoto Asia, and the upcoming STK Orlando are all bringing high-end dining to the area, forcing the older locations to up their game to remain competitive.
