Give us a little more details.

Is the three year old a boy or a girl?

does the three year old have any favorite Disney shows?  Sofia the First.  Doc McStuffins, kale and the never land pirates, etc?

Hollywood and vine has Disney junior characters at breakfast and lunch.  If your 3 year old is into those shows.

Hollywood and vine sounds like a win for us, how much travel time should we expect from our campsite to the restaurant if we plan to do breakfast?

The general rule of thumb if your using  Disney transportation is 1 hour per travel segment.    But if you are taking the internal bus to the Outpost give yourself another 30 minutes, or at least 90 minutes.  just to be safe.    I don't drive when I'm at WDW so maybe someone else can chime in on how long it would take when using your own vehicle.
