Best seats on Disney World roller coasters

POSTED: Wed, 04/20/2011 - 12:00 | POSTED BY: Kristen Heptinstall

The roller coasters of Disney World are all thrilling in different ways. And they all can be experienced in different ways, depending on where you choose to sit in the car. If you're wanting the most thrills, here are our recommendations on where to sit at each of Disney World's roller coasters:

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: Sit in the back! If you sit near the front, you'll notice that the train is sloooow to go down the hill until the last car has crested. So sit in the back and enjoy a faster ride.

Space Mountain: Go for the middle. Guests often experience a bumpy ride in the back, and you can get the most g-force by being positioned behind the wheelbase, hence the middle seats.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith: Sit in the front! This is not only an awesome, exhilarating view, but also the best position for the most g-force.

Expedition Everest: Sit in the back. Again, more g-force here as you experience a big drop toward the middle of the ride. Plus, when you go backwards, you're in the front!
