I read an article yesterday by someone that actually flew down for the opening.  Can't lay my hands on it now but he said that in general social distancing was handled well as far as line queues went, but it kind of went out the window in other areas.  He did say there was quite a lot of confusion about how the lines and virtual queues worked and that a cast member told him they're still working it out themselves.  He said they had lots of people "policing" masks and social distancing (very nicely) and said that while he's heard reports online of people who refused to wear masks getting special accommodations, he witnessed nothing like that and everyone he saw wore a mask.  He said the overall mood was a mix of excitement and a bit of anxiety but that it was overall positive.

Biggest complaint seemed to be the ride queues - attractions switched back and forth during the day between virtual and actual stand-by lines and with some hiccups in the virtual system he said it made it a big difficult to navigate what to ride when (or if you're even going to be able to).  But he got there at park open and did a bunch of rides with little actual wait.  IIRC he only missed out on one major attraction where he couldn't get a virtual queue reservation all day despite trying repeatedly. He did say he witnessed a fair bit of frustration by guests trying to navigate ride queues.  Apparently the system wasn't explained all that well to guests and there were people that didn't realize they couldn't just walk up and ride something in some cases.

He stayed on property and said the one other hiccup was bus transportation.  They were only allowing about 15 people on a bus at a time and he recommended either staying at a closer resort where you could walk or planning to be there earlier than you think you need to for buses.

Oh and as for masks... he said it didn't take too long to kind of forget you were even wearing it. That said it wasn't the hottest of days so your mileage may vary. The one thing he did say was choose the type of mask carefully.  He chose one with elastic ear bands and said that while the mask itself was comfortable enough, the elastic bands did irritate his ears after a while.
