I'm going to check out the price of beads at Oriental Trading, I've been buying mine from mardigrasimports.com for the last couple of years. Isn't it kind of sad that a patriotically decorated cart never wins the 4th of July Golf Cart Parade??? Although, I did enjoy the circus train a couple of years ago and the pirate ship last year!
