  1. And on the flip side...I see people in wheelchairs trying to get through a crowd and everyone just goes around them, no courtesy whatsoever.
  2. I feel like we have personal spies...I must one day visit this "HUB" of Disney wonder...can someone sneak me on?? :rofl2: I have made a reservation at Trail's End...told Husband that is was $20 a person. We have tables in wonderland, so I won't be too far off. Of course my daughter is 10 and considered an "adult". As many times as I've been to Trails End and brought my son who swears he'll eat his money's worth and never does, a nice and very attentive CM let me know that he can eat off the menu or just order pizza. She was the first one to notice how little he ate, or the first one to
  3. They quite often (might depend on time of year) check at the Poly parking lot to make sure you have a reservation or a dining ADR there. I just tell them I'm going to shop. I used to be able to go park on the far right just after the security gate but last week found out the hard way that part of the parking lot is not in use. There were several empty rows of spaces just on the other side, but I imagine that can fill up during busy times.
  4. Mo, give Susan the highly prized gold star. If you do make it to WDW on Friday and are near the "Frozen Summer Fun" roped off area at DHS during the morning, look for my name tag and say Hi. A gold star and an invite? I'm redeemed!!
  5. When I went alone with my son when he was little, even if going to MK, I would park at Epcot and take the monorail over. It was much easier than trying to have to fold up the stroller and get on the tram...that's just an anxiety attack waiting to happen
  6. Other than IMs, most grunt CMs are not going to risk getting punched in the face by an angry guest by telling him, or her, to put out their cigarette. Gotcha, you're finally over the 75 post mark and now you're fair game. The "happiest place on earth" is Disneyland, and only Disneyland, not WDW. You can redeem yourself by posting the WDW slogan or the MK slogan. Extra points for both. I'm so ashamed and not worthy claiming I'm a Disney fan or my AP. I'm thinking a trip on Friday is in order to WDW, where dreams come true and soak up some magic pixie dust at MK, the most magical p
  7. I'm with you. I am constantly amazed by the size of some of the gigantic strollers that people push around WDW and right into stores and other venues, not giving a bit of thought to how they block aisles or prevent others from being able to move around. This is a rule I'd love to see enforced. It has gotten out of hand. TCD I totally agree! I'm waiting to see a triple - wide stroller next. I'm glad they incorporated the electronic cigarettes in the rules, but some won't follow that rule either...Just like the man who had the gall to light up exiting the monorail, as in on the c
  8. Awesome idea! I have a laminator at home so I might have to steal this idea
  9. Does anyone know if they will be selling the Marvel Heroes version in park stores? I was hoping to use my AP discount.
  10. Maybe it depends on the server? Ours took my friend's phone and hung up on her husband (who had just called her) because it's rude to talk on the phone at the table. The kids cracked up. I love it, too funny! You're probably right, maybe just a few bad servers not playing their parts well
  11. I love their fried chicken! I wish they still put on the "show" like they used to. The first time I was there many moons ago, several people were in the corner, getting chastised for elbows on the table, and I was fed my vegetables via airplane into the hangar. I don't see anything like that anymore so it's not as fun
  12. Could it be as simple as a tree hit the window? Someone mentioned fit was storming pretty bad. It might explain no rescue or sirens. I like the alien theory better. I got it!! It was Stitch's Meth lab! Between the Meth lab and dinner at Ohanas, mystery solved.
  13. We've rented a GC off site during Christmas which is a must because of the shopping and looping. Every other trip we use our bikes, I like the extra exercise..and with my trusty basket i can fit a whoke day of poolside supplies in it. That being said, it might be hard on you with your little guy. If you use transportation, make sure you allow the extra time.
  14. Most of our trips are last minute so we've had to do this a few times. We always cancel the end days no problem.
