I haven't heard of this place. I have been going to DP since 06 and really like it. One day we're gonna get to Coal Creek.

The only bad thing about 2000 loop is it seems they have seemed to use it for large parties. Not saying it will be like that when you arrive but it could. If it's not a busy time and you aren't happy they could might help you with an upgraded site. 1500 is much quieter and IMO nicer. There are some nice sites in 2000 especially on the outer sites. Some of my favorites are over by the comfort station in the middle of the loop.

I was wondering if you were coming over. Hope you enjoy it with us 10-12 who were banned to bring in thousands.

I think this might be the first real answer on the forum lol. I suggest Flying J in St. Augustine. They have a pretty big lot there. It get's busy at night so get there early enough to snag a spot. If you want a hookup there's Faver Dykes SP near the same spot and it's not too expensive.

I take it trip reports don't have to be Disney correct? As many of you know my other passion besides the fort and Disney is 4 wheeling. Since 2006 we have been making a trip to DP the week between Christmas and NYE. The 1st year we went the economy was going pretty good and we got to see a lot of kids with their new bikes and gear. One question I posted a couple years ago on the old place was when you came back to a thread when someone posted there could've been 20 other replies since you last viewed and you sometimes had to go back a page or so. I think the yellow envelope looking things showed what you hadn't read yet. Anyway I'm noticing here that Chris has it set up if you press new it brings you to where you last viewed the thread and that's badass. Do I have you confused to how this all worked lol.

After reading what Chris posted here I was thinking that bashing Disboards (can I phrase that here?) only shows envy, anger and jealousy which we all need to get over. The camping forum was pretty much all I really ever looked at and from what I hear it's pretty dead over there. We almost got everyone over here that we liked anyway. Does anyone have a recipe like a breakfast casserole? Sometimes when we go 4 wheeling I like having bacon eggs and hashbrowns but trying to get all of it done at the same time is a PITA. I've googled them but thought someone here might have a proven one.
