Travelagent for sure. They can see what is available without having to talk to a CM. I haven't booked on the phone for a while now. I can tell you when you ask for AAA, FL Resident or AP that they will sometimes tell you not there. I've actually called back after hanging up and gotten it because the previous CM was too lazy to look.

It definitely hurts the rv biz. The only thing I see campgrounds can do is offer incentives but how much room can they work with? Most places don't charge that much to begin with. It is going to be a hard road. Personally I will try and save fuel by doing all my tasks in one trip. We have been spoiled to have gas as cheap as we have but as a whole this is going to slow the economy down again.

Shuttle Launch

I always like the night one's because being able to see them so well. I know which one you are talking about Jen. I was sitting on the beach that morning and at the time didn't know they didn't make it. I kept saying they had to be in a super strong capsule and they were going to be rescued. It felt like losing your own family members. One of my science teachers was a finalist for the spot Christa McCauliffe got. I hope people always remember them. -

My neighbor has those in her yard. -
For those of you who have a problem with people cutting through sites I have a secret weapon. Her name is Grandma. She's from Charleston, comes in about a 5'8" package and rules like a dictator. When she's in the 1700 loop I dare you to cut through her site. You may say nasty words but trust me they won't hurt her and she has a posse that will get you in the middle of the night. Below is a sample of the posse.

On our 1st trip in 04 to the fort my DD and I went to AK and when we were going to Tarzan Rocks we passed by a sign of EE and there wasn't much more than batter boards and dirt. We watched as they built it over the next 2 years. When we went in 06 they had a soft opening and we got to go on it. The girl told us it was the 1st day they were doing it and we were in the 3rd car of people going. Where is my pin that says I rode it first lol.

Camper Suggestions

Starbuc71 was the owner of that loft. IIRC he didn't care for it and traded it for a toy hauler. I've had 3 Keystone's. Tailgator, Hobbi and now a Cougar 310 toy hauler. I really liked my Tailgator but the Hobbi was a bad idea. One thing I would suggest is to buy a proven model if you go Keystone. They like to experiment with models and unfortunately I bought the last 2 during that time. The Hobbi was a bust and is now the Passport breakaway which is a much better design. The Cougar has a side loading toy hauler garage. Another great concept but now they changed it to a rear door and way bette -

I voted Thanksgiving even though we have more fun on 4th of July. Thanksgiving weekend was our 1st trip to the fort in 04 and we go every year. We always make it a point to go to different resorts to see the merry go rounds and gingerbread houses and trees. -

Carol is right. I guess it's ok for me to talk rentals on here. I take $10 of for FF.net members. It works out to about $71 with tax per day. Let me know if you want to rent and we can work something out. -
Just saw you were the last person to register. Sorry we left you in the dark when the lights got turned off.

I've never seen a cg where you have like a site on a site to set up your chairs and tables. Nice

Boy ol boy, that Carol's site is sure unorganized. BTW, that pic of Carols site in 2007 was my first time to meet her. -
