We ordered a Ft. Fiends sign and received an e-mail that it was delivered. It is not here. What do I do?

Were you at the Fort in June of 2011? I am just about positive we were in the same loop. I remember your set up and I think that is where I saw the Fort Fiends sign. I love your pics.
