Word on the street is that the hand soaps are turning up in some Winn Dixie's on clearance for $2.

Wheeee!!!!   I  now need to locate our nearest Winn Dixie!

When I first saw this thread I didn't think it would apply to me but lil H absolutely LOVED this movie and the songs.  He may at least want to see these characters.... even if he wouldn't get a photo and would totally play it cool.  

That would be a lot of fun sans kids.  Anyone want to babysit in May?

Not a huge fan of bleu cheese but the cheeseburger one with bacon on top looks worthy of a try! 

The Fisherman's Pie actually looks like something I would love! 

1.  That night shot of the WL Dock  is amazing!  Absolutely stunning.

2.  I miss the Fort Wilderness Launch Dock sign.  A lot.  Great shot.

3.  Great RC picture but a little sad for me...  I loved that place.

A Frozen DVD launch party will be held at Once Upon A Toy - located in the Downtown Disney Marketplace - Tuesday, March 18 at 10am.

 

The party includes:

   - DJ dance party

   - Photo opportunities

   - Frozen trivia

   - Hula hoop contests

   - A giveaway of Olaf magnets

 

 

Frozen DVDs will be on sale.

What fun!  I imagine a sea of little girls squealing, singing, dancing and having a magical time.

I prefer my DVD's to be unfrozen.    J/K  couldn't help it.

Tim Tebow will be on the SEC network's version of Gameday which will broadcast from a different SEC campus each week.

I wonder how that will affect Gameday choosing SEC schools?

Will both shows broadcast from the same school if gameday is in town?

Tim Tebow more than makes up for Jesse Palmer but Jesse Palmer still smb.

time will tell on those two questions.

Shiny Squirrel.  I may never be able to focus again.

That pavilion is only open when for the Food and Wine Festival and the Flower and Garden Festival, so those are the only times the café is open.  But, with the extended dates, that is a good chunk of the year.

Swimming in Bay Lake!!!

As long as I can remember swimming in any lake was a big no no.

The reason was always there's an amoeba or bacteria in the water.

Heck they would yell at you if you stuck your little toe in the water.

However last we were staying at the yacht club and there were kids wading in Crescent Lake right in front of 2 CMs. I asked one of the CM about it and she said as long as you don't swim it's ok. So of course me and DD waded out in the lake.

There were even Lifeguards.  We were never attacked by an amoeba that I am aware of. 

Not only was swimming in Bay Lake OK, it was the only place at the Fort where a guest could swim.

 

The pools didn't come around until some time in the mid-80's.

 

Which is why Fort guests had privileges to use any other WDW pool.  Pool hopping was a perk for resort guests.

And it was glorious!  Then came River Country... **sigh**  a little slice of heaven in the form of an ole swimmin' hole.  

I have reservations for Shades of Green in November for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon weekend, and in January for the Marathon Week.

It's beautiful over there!!  Have a great time and good luck in the 1/2 and the Marathon.  :)

Promise to get some more ignore worthy stuff posted soon.  I can't seem to get focused.

I took a bus trip from Boston to Augusta.  It was pretty horrible.  I would wait and wait for a rest stop rather than use the bathroom on the bus, only to find the restroom at the rest stop pretty awful.  The worst part was getting back on a bus to go back home again.  Maybe the twins could take the train to Columbia?

 I hear ya.  I also took a bus from SC to MO.  I was solo mio and will not even comment on that experience.  At the time it seemed like an adventure but at this stage in lfe ... I'd rather not repeat the experience.  

 

Now, there's a life goal if I ever heard one!

I see it this way.  I can ride on the beach raker and the scenery would never smb.    Seems like a great goal to me!
