    I enjoy looking at photos from the Fort.
    But, I really enjoy looking at photos that make me say: "What The Fort?"
    So, I thought there could be a new thread here in the Photos From the Fort section dedicated to photos that make you scratch your head and say "What The Fort?"
    And since I started this thread, I'll make the rules. I think we only need two:
    1. The photo has to be taken at the Fort;
    and
    2. It has to make you say WTF?
    I'll start with one from the TCD archives.
    I hope others will contribute their favorite WTF? photos.
    It might end up being a fun thread.
    So, here we go.
    This photo was taken on the 1400 loop one day back in 2008.
    I have no idea what this guy was doing, but he was riding around the loop on one of those weird skateboards dressed in tights, Sponge Bob boxers, a cape, and a Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes hat:

    WTF?

    The "value" of an RV isn't the saving on the lodging.   Its the savings on food, lodging, entertainment, and such.  You cant justify it by saying I'll save money.  My family justify it by saying we are building lasting memories with our family.
    We spend 40-60 nights a year in our camper.  For a family of three its going to be about $400 a day for room, and food.  If we did that 50 nights a year we would be spending $20,000 a year.  We could pay for our camper in 3 years...

    The Fort is not going anywhere.  It is written into the Disney By-Laws, ever since Walt landed his seaplane on Bay Lake and set about mowing the grass around the Settlement to have a place to camp.  He leaned the mower against a fast growing tree and decided at that moment that the land he had just mowed should be made into a campground in perpetuity.  That very next day, he and Roy celebrated by diving into the nearby swimmin hole.  Unfortunately, Walt contracted a brain eating amoeba that day.  Doctors tried freezing his brain to halt the spread of the amoeba but it was to no avail.  Lucky for us, Roy carried out Walt's plans, and to this day we have the Fort to enjoy.
