  1. I've used the online check in 3 times.. The first time it was great they sent me a text before I arrived with my site #, I entered through the overflow parking gate with my magic band and went straight to my site... never had to mess with the guard or the check in lanes.

The other 2 times they never sent me a text so I had to call on the way to the fort to get my site # and then again entered through the overflow parking gate with magic band and straight to my site..

To me it was a lot faster not having to mess with the guard and the check in lanes..

The definitive answer is.... it depends.

They were super strict about not letting you drop days when they first made the change but it appears things have loosened up a bit, particularly if you're still keeping a longer reservation and/or not trying to change up a reservation during a super busy time of year.

Reports I've seen are that it's still difficult if not impossible to drop dates if what you're really trying to do is just snag the weekend, but some folks have had luck doing this during slower times of year.

Well, I'm going to try and see what happens.. It's for Memorial day weekend.. So I will find out soon.

  3. Has anyone else had audio  problems with channel 20.1 and higher?  I put a new tv in the bedroom of our motorhome about a year ago and when I'm at the fort all the channels below 20 work fine but anything higher than channel 20 I get no audio at all but the picture is fine.  By looking at the channel list it appears that Disney is getting the channels higher than 20 from Directv and pushing the channels to there cable and the channels lower than 20 are local channels and there own channels. For some reason my new tv doesn't like the channels higher than 20.1
