We had the table service meal at the Yak & Yeti last June. It is on our revisit list. The Cream Cheese Wontons are in another league. My taste buds still crave them. Both my husband and I enjoyed our meals... yum...yum...
Durn... I wants some wontons! :rofl2:

    Hooray for hooky from work!!!
I know what you mean about one bad experience with a food item.
I have had a few such occurrences in my life, too.
For example, I cannot eat French Silk pie. I got really sick after eating a big piece of it once. The thing is, I'm sure my illness had nothing to do with the pie, but I have never wanted to eat another piece.
It's weird how that works, isn't it?

Nicki aka Rebelstand got a reaction from caveat lector in Our Disney Christmas 2010
We were there from Dec 20 - 26 and I won't deny there were crowds because there were. We scheduled the parks during the week and spent Christmas Day at the Fort. We also did early extra magic hours except for EPCOT this seemed to make things easier. We also did EPCOT on Christmas Eve day which might have contributed to the large crowds. Still a 45 minute wait for Soarin wasn't too bad.
We found with early magic hours you can really ride alot before the park opens to the general population. We did Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo, Small World, Snow White, and reached the Haunted Mansion before the lines got long. Our longest wait was for an impromptu Toy Story Mania ride (2 hours and 45 minutes after seeing the Osbourne Family Lights). The rest were all below 45 minutes, and without fast pass. Although a quick note- my kids don't like big scary rides yet so we didn't ride:
    any coaster
    mission space
    test track
    tower of terror
    etc...
I can't testify to the lines on the above mentioned.
    I found this suggestion somewhere...
If you are gonna do the afternoon Christmas parade, eat lunch late then let your food digest while sitting on a curb waiting for the parade... People watching is great!! We've used this method twice and gotten excellent spots for the Electric Lights and Christmas Parade.

In an attempt to add content I thought I'd do a TR.  I know there is already one Christmas TR up... but more never hurts..right?  The only thing is you won't see pics of my kids.  Hubby and I have an agreement about not posting the kids...sorry.
Here we go.  We didn't arrive by the front gate of MK.  We had downloaded a GPS POS that had us coming in the back way.

We then had a Fort Day.  We had bike rides(looping & WL), swimming (yes, I got in but froze), shopping, and ended the day with the campfire sing along (discovered that I don't like smores...never had them before. Yes, I did the Hokey Pokey!).
Thursday it was off to MK.  I love early morning magic hours.  We got Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo, Snow White, The Carrousel, and It's A small World done just in time to jump in the line for The Haunted Mansion.  We then got Pirates, Alladin's Carpet Ride, lunch, The Enchanted Tiki Room and the Jungle Cruise done by 12:30.  We split up.  The boys went home to care for the dogs and the girls went off for Thunder Mountain Railway (the boys don't like Roller coasters).
I want to know if anyone has ever tried to ride a roller coaster while holding a 6 year old's head off the metal bar because she was trying to bury her head in my stomach!!  From the first small hill!
After which we rode Goofy's Barnstomer (same problem as before..).  At which point, the boys were back.  We parked it on the sidewalk for the parade... now for those pics:
    MK Tree

    The Garland's of Main St

Some Pictures of the the parade:
