Helmsey......Todd 134 Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Yep, that is our go to place when we need a home base for mountain fun, we were the New Years Eve and just before Thanksgiving last year. We really like the river sites in the back, it gives a nice area for people to gather and hang out.It is far enough away from the main street that you don't get any traffic noise. It is also not deep in the heart of Pigeon Forge so the traffic getting to the CG is not that bad (usually).
