Elephant Ears

The enormous pastries, made from puff pastry layered with a sugar filling, gets all beautifully caramelized and crunchy when they’re baked. And if that’s not enough, then the tips of the “ears” are dipped in chocolate. The crunch plus chocolate makes for a surprising, delicious texture.

African Spice Cake

The cake is built on a crust of short dough. To that, they add a spiced coffee cake, and a layer of cream cheese filling, before topping it with more spice cake.

The top is encrusted with a thick layer of crunchy, spiced oatmeal streusel. It pairs wonderfully with the selection of Joffrey’s coffees available here.

But wait, there's more!  Attention all those cinnamon roll obsessed Fiends...

there are no more single cinnamon buns or basic bagels at the walk up Kusafiri window. Instead, there’s a Warm Colossal Cinnamon Roll that’s family-sized. The mammoth pastry has a pull-apart consistency, and is served warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce, before it’s finished with white icing.

I would just get a cinnamon roll prior to the first attraction and still leave after half day.

Or go and get a cinnamon roll and hop to another park.

If they want to raise attendance at AK, change the Crapatar Land idea to Endor and let guests snipe at ewoks in AT-ST imperial walkers.
