Back when Kinkos was still around, they had an issue with printing anything they thought might be copyrighted. The full file is a PDF, so if you have access to a desktop printer (or know someone that does) they could print it out for you. Depending on the printer they might have to shrink it a bit as it's designed to print edge-to-edge at 11 x 8.5.
