Here is the story. http://www.chipandco.com/vandals-turn-disney-springs-fountain-bubble-bath-257239/ According to Doctor Disney some vandals decided to have some fun at Disney Springs this morning by turning their fountain into a bubble bath. The fountain is located near the intersection of Buena Vista Drive and Hotel Plaza Blvd. As you can see the walkway that used to be there is gone and guests who are coming and going usually take the bridges over the intersection to Disney Springs. This intersection was redone last year to help guests get into Disney Springs without having to wait on traffic.
