You cant book a site at the Fort, you can request a site, but its only a request.  When you check in, if the cast member is nice enough, and is not too busy you can ask to see a list of available sites, but that doesn't happen often.

 

So there is no public list of available sites for a certain date.

These days if your stay includes a weekend, availability is hard to come by unless you're booking nearly a year out - more if it's during the holidays/peak times.

Moving dates around, adding days, and checking regularly can work (sometimes), but unless you want to spend a ton of time online or on the phone, easiest way to go is to get a good travel agent on the case.  Jason is a Fort Fiends sponsor and has helped lots of folks around here over the years.  I'd drop him a line.
