Universal Raises Ticket Prices

Recommended Posts

We all knew it was coming. I suspect the parks take turns being the bad guy b/c who announces first seems to rotate over the years. One thing's for sure though, once one goes, they all do.

If history holds, WDW should announce Friday that a price increase will go into effect Sunday. SW should follow within a week or two as well. Tomorrow's Friday, guess we'll see... :pc:

Yes, visiting the Universal Orlando Resort will be a little bit more expensive for non-Floridian guests this summer, as ticket prices have increased just a few days ago. Here you are the new prices, taken from the official

Universal Orlando Resort website:

ONE-PARK TICKETS:

  • 1-day: $88 per adult, $82 per child;
  • 2-day: $119.99 per adult ($60 per day), $109.99 per child ($55 per day);
  • 3-day: $135.99 per adult ($46 per day), $123.99 per child ($42 per day);
  • 4-day: $145.99 per adult ($37 per day), $132.99 per child ($34 per day);

PARK-TO-PARK TICKETS:

  • 1-day: $123.00 per adult , $117.00 child;
  • 2-day: $139.99 per adult ($70 per day), $129.99 per child ($65 per day);
  • 3-day: $152.99 per adult ($51 per day), $140.99 per child ($47 per day);
  • 4-day: $159.99 per adult ($40 per day), $146.99 per child ($37 per day);

(Applicable sales tax and fees will be added to all ticket products)

As you may have noticed, the increase may seem minimal, but according to Central Florida News 13, this change makes the Universal Orlando Resort one of the costliest themed resorts in the nation...

Note to Florida Residents: Do not worry,

ticket prices for us residents have not changed. At least, not yet.
