The last two concert I went to could be heard very loudly well back up into the American pavilion

It is sometimes hard to see the people fresh out of bootcamp already wearing awards. We have been around the Navy several years and it took DH a while before he got his first one in the 80's. Now I look at his and think that is going to cost a fortune to update. He wears them out every few years.

I'm sorry. I would rather be almost anywhere but MD. I just figured out we will be here at least 4 more years.

No egg in the bisquick muffins.

I make a bisquick muffin. Some ideas are pizza (pepperoni, onion, green pepper, mozzarella cheese) or ham and cheese. Whatever combo you can think up. Mix bisquick and milk into a biscuit dough. add meat and veggies. cook in muffin pan at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes. I have also froze these ahead of time. My kids used to like them and I have used them for road and airline trips.

Thank you for the tour times. I was looking for them.

This is the afghan I just completed.  It took 2 years. The fabric was blank when I started.

I am good at getting projects done but fail at picture taking. I do a lot of cross stitch. I just finished a cross stitch afghan.

I saw many Japanese tourist there in 2002 - 2004 when I lived there. They were extremely respectful.

It is very impressive that you are trying to get healthy. It is very difficult in today's society. I don't usually do all you can eat because I have no self control. My theory on special treats is get one to split now and come back later for another one. We usually get busy and forget the other one. I wish you well on your endeavors.

It is possible to make cakes without oil. I have not used oil or shortening in my cooking for at least 15 years. I also only use egg whites.

Katsura Grill in Epcot at Japan had great steamed veggies when we were there in May. It is sometimes hard to get a well balanced meal on vacation. I get it with a side of steamed rice but that might not work for some. My diet is low fat so I don't tend to watch carbs as closely.

We usually order a bowl of soup and one entree and spit both. We never order drinks or dessert and have never had a problem. A lot of times they bring it split already on two plates.
