  1. Thats the kicker about convection ovens, NO one knows how to use them...
  2. I'll 2nd the break adjustment and repack the barrings every spring. Its not that hard of a job maybe 2 hours. I'd also add flushing out fresh water system and hot water tank. We have a rubber roof so I get up and wash it after uncovering it and use a UV protestant conditioner on it. I'd like to say I wash and wax the whole camper, but to be honest I wash all of it, and wax the front cap and when that done I'm usually ready for lunch and always say I'll come back after lunch and finish up but never do. I did find a guy who washes and waxes boats this spring and he did my whole ca

  4. Yes the helper is truly a blessing. Having owned boats all my adult life I can say working on a camper, though not always easy is much easier than working on a boat. Seems when working on a boat you are always cramped, and working blind. So far there has been very little that's gone wrong that I haven't been able to repair.
  5. The key to any repair is having the correct tool, and access to the replacement part. In January my family and I decided to make a last moment trip down to Orlando. We couldn't get in to the Fort so we stayed off property (Tropical Palms). Once we got down to Orlando and hookup up it was brought to my attention that the valve for the toilet was leaking. Seems when i winterized i forgot to flush to toilet... A quick trip down the road to Camping World netted to needed part and since I travel with a full compliment of tools I had to old part out and the new part in. A bit thanks to my
  6. Its good to hear that people enjoy playing. I've heard its picked up popularity over the last year or so.
  7. Does anyone here participate in fighting the forces of evil that are trying to take over the Magic Kingdom? I've been playing for a few years but living in Kentucky and not getting to travel down all that often its hard for me to collect the special event cards. Currently I have 58 of the 70 cards and have played through all of the game modes (easy, medium, and hard). Now that I have a small child it will be much more difficult to participate as he's not going to want to follow the story lines.
  8. Thanks for the welcomes all, I have no doubt the whole family will have a great time. It appears my sister and her 3 girls will also be joining us. They are looking at getting a cabin for 4 nights.
  9. Long time lurker and first time poster. I've been a Disney fan all of my life (42+ years). As a young man my family would travel to WDW every 3 years or so. My father hated it, he hated the hassle, the crowds and lack of peace and quite. We never stayed at the Fort but I do remember being on the Fort Train to the water park as a young man and have pictures of the family hanging out there. The Polynesian was the resort of choice for our family. I never lost my love for Disney and as an adult would travel down every 5 years or so and spend 4 days at the parks. Now I'm
