  1. The parking lot at the Fort will be restricted to only those staying at the Fort or with a dining or recreation reservation.

Anyone else wishing to visit the Fort for dining or recreation activities who do not have a reservation will have to park at the Wilderness Lodge. They will then have to take the bus to the Fort.

Geez, how will I ever get in on Sat?

Make a dining reservation at Trails End and then not show up for it?

  2. What a beatiful camper, enjoy every moment and make many memories. My DS is 25 and still camps with us.

Thank you! That's nice ot know your 25 yr old DS still camps with you. We aren't looking forward to not having our kids along with us on vacation.

Oh that tv could be a blessing or curse depending on how you want to look at ...especially during college football season with my husband.

    LOL!

Congratulations!!! Love love love the outdoor camp kitchen! Ours has a sink and burner that flip down on the outside of the rig, but nothing like yours. You guys are gonna have so much fun!!!!!

Thanks! I am thinking it will be nice if some people get up before others, they can just head outside to get breakfast. 8)

Beautiful! Nice choice. Love the U dinette..we have that as well. I wish we could have gotten an outdoor kitchen like yours, but it wasn't available in the floorplan we wanted. Had to give up something I guess.

Thank you! we really like the u shaped dinette too. It's one reason why we bough this so fast. The Bullets coming off the line now have a bench dinette. A salesperson said people wre complaining that there was not enough room in the u shaped one for adults to fit. undecided.gif

    Enjoy!

    Thanks!

    FANtastic!!

We looked at this same TT and it was a close 2nd to what we ended up with. Loved this unit, it just came down to not needing as much room as the full bunkhouse for the dogs.

It was really nicely done though - the outside kitchen was awesome!

    Enjoy!!

Thanks! I really love you floor plan as well. It seems like it would work best with the dogs.

The outside kitchen is a interesting feature. I am a big fan of not heating up the camper with the kitchen in the summer. I started cooking some things this year on a double hot plate or griddle in the garage of our toyhauler. It really does help keep things cool.

Thank you, that's what I'm thinking too. Plus, it gives us room outside ot cook and watch tv if there are little ones napping or in bed early. Or teenagers sleeping late. ;)

  3. Awesome camper! I really like that floor plan. Put that baby under an awning, be meticulous with maintenance, and it will serve you well for very many years.

Thank you! We plan on taking very good care of it, just a lot to learn!

Congratulations on your new baby :rofl2:

    Thank you!

Beautiful! I think you made a great choice!

    Thank you, we love it!

Congrats that's a beautful unit best of luck with it I am sure it will give your family a lot of great memories!!!!!

    Thank you so much!

Gorgeous camper! I know y'all are gonna have many fabulous trips and make many happy memories!

Thank you! I really hope so!

    Sweet!

    Thanks!

  4. When we first got our travel trailer we looked at some with the outside stovetop. DH and I both agreed that it was luxury that we did not really need. This outdoor kitchen combined with a few years of actual camping though are making me rethink things. Most of the time DH does the cooking when we are camping. Ok who am I kidding he does it all. For some reason my family doesn't like charcoal burnt food. :rofl2: I do help out with the prep work though. So, while he is enjoying the outdoors and getting to watch the kids play I am inside. With this it would be the best of both worlds. Oh and my dd was wondering (me too) what is that below the cabinet?

So my same dd who asked about what was below the cabinet noticed the door. Her comment, "You have to be sure to lock the door when you are in there."

My first thought was more along the lines of, Wow! no dirt tracking through the camper when someone has to run in really quickly to use the bathroom. Oh how the small details make me happy.

My Dh does all the vacation cooking too. B) That is a TV below the cabinet. It swivels so you can watch it in the bunk room or outside.

The bathroom has a screen door on it and my thought was, I can just see someone sitting there, going to the bathroom with the screen door. People walking by, waving. :rofl2:

  5. Our furbaby: Darby. She is a 3 year old yellow Lab. Got her form the Humane Society where she was picked up as a stray and had a damaged leg from abuse. We fostered her while they fixed her leg and she is as good as new now.

Our other furbaby, Fetch, whom we lost suddenly in April due to cancer we didn't even know he had. He was an 8 year old Lab mix:

  6. Absolutely beautiful!! That's a dream come true for a family with lots of kids. I'm sure you won't regret going big.

Before you load that thing up with precious cargo x6 or 7, be sure to read this thread and get one of those surge protectors to keep them all safe.

Thank you. I did read that thread when it was posted and told my husband about it. We will defintely be getting a really good surge protector before we take it anywhere. :))

  7. Well, if you're wanting to get rid of the kids, I'll take the 3 smallest. (NOT!!!):rofl2:

Lovely family and I'm sure they are going to love the new RV as much as you do. My fondest memories of when my son was growing up was our camping trips with the old popup.

Nope, not looking to get rid of any. Time goes too fast and they grow up so quickly as it is! Thank you for the compliment. They are already loving it just at home!

  8. You won't regret going big to start with. When we started looking, a TT with a floor plan almost identical to yours was my first choice. We ended up with a 5er, but I still love that floor plan!

Thanks for the reasurance. ;D We looked in a lot of 5er's yesterday waiting for our hitch and brakes to be done. There sure are some gorgeous ones! I think when all our kids are gone, we'll get a truck and get ourselves a 5er. B)

  9. Wow!

    It's beautiful!

I love floor plan. I wish there had been something like this back when my kids were younger.

    Enjoy!

    TCD

Thanks! It was one of the only TT's with a low weight and everything we wanted. I can't imagine what they'll have when my kids are bigger!

thats one nice rig you got there.. I hope there are many happy trips in the future!! Enjoy!!

    Thank you!

That is really nice. Good for you. I wish you many, many happy trips with it.

    Thanks!

Camper looks great! Your family will have lots of good memories in it.

Thank you, I hope so.

Oh, wow. It's gorgeous! (And of course your kids are adorable, too.) Here's to many happy miles ahead!

Aww, thanks about the kids and the camper.

    Very nice! Congratulations

    Thank you!

WOW! You are going to love that TT! What an awesome layout! I love the expandable bunkhouse where the kids can have their own 'space'....we all need that!! We have dreams of one of these rigs one day ;) We just moved from a large pop-up to a 'new to us' hybrid trailer with a small slide and the space means the world to us! When you have kids, every little square inch inside the camper makes a BIG difference! Congrats and enjoy :) Happy Camping!!!

Thank you! We love that the bunkhouse has a slide out too so the kids can have floor space to play back there. I hope we do ok starting out with one this size. It may have been better to start smaller and move up. But, with soon to be 7 kids, we really needed the room so we went big to start.
