This is great info. In my research, I read somewhere that loops 2800 and 2700 were the "newer" cabins. With that in mind, I was also hoping that those cabins would have a bit more room or newer beds. We shall see, and I will post a TR when all is said and done. I requested loop 2800 near transportation several weeks ago, but thought I would ask those of you with so much more experience at FW for the right info. Has anyone stayed in loop 2800 or 2700 to compare to 2500? If there is not difference, then I can always change the request.
Then again, taking a little trip away from the cabin to do laundry may be the only peace I get during the trip! LOL

We stayed in the 2800 loop cabin our last trip (Dec 2011) in an accessible cabin. I think the hallway is a little wider to accomodate wheelchairs and the bathroom shower had no lip for easy wheelchair access as well. I'm not sure about any others being bigger though because the 2 visits we've had were both in accessible cabins. I do know there kitchen items (coffee maker, utensils, etc.) were not new. There was noticeble wear but everything was clean.

Perfect example... store bought tomato vs one you just picked.
No comparison.
I agree with you 100% on that! Having been raised eating mostly from a garden, I miss how great tomatoes are supposed to taste. Those at the grocery store taste like someone removed the flavor.

Have you seen some of those big, burly, bearded, bus drivers? And some of the male drivers are big too.
:rofl3:

Just finished and totally enjoyed the whole thing. Beautiful pictures of your kids. The oldest definitely looks like Belle! Thanks for taking the time to share all those pics!

3 trips under my belt and STILL HAVE NOT had one of these. Gotta make sure to try one on our next trip. Looking forward to all the pictures to come.

Lots of great pictures! River Country closed before I even got to go to Disney for the 1st time but it sure looks like it was a great place. Your boys look like they had fun following the old train track. I didn't get to see that either......

That is some magical picture.......my daughter just looked at it and said 'Mmmmmmmmmm, that looks so good! I love food at Disney' and she doesn't even like potatoes. :-)

Loved your report! The pic of your girls with Snow White was my fav. I agree about the antipasto dish - why bother serving so little and what's up with only 1 olive (if that's what it was). Were you supposed to slice it up and share it with everyone?

Loved your report. Adam is such a cutie!

Just finished.........great report as usual! Never eaten at 'Ohanas but you kinda make me wanna try it.

Loved the TR! So glad you shared all the wonderful pictures of your family having Disney fun! ^-^

I loved that moment.
We met Josephine our last trip to the Fort. She's such a lovely lady and spent quite a bit of time talking to our Nikki.

But sitting peacefully, watching the Lion King show, but more importantly, watching Anna's reaction to the show, changed me.
I got more enjoyment out of experiencing the show, with the top notch Disney music, choreagraphy and sets, than riding the thrill rides. Experiencing it through Anna's eyes made it that much better.
I know exactly what you mean. My daughter has William's Sydrome. She adores everything about Christmas and the first time we stayed at the Fort and during December, she was awestruck by all the decorations. Just watching the joy on her face makes the trip all the more special for me.

When we fry bologna we put three cuts into each slice from the edge towards the middle. Otherwise it balloons in the middle and doesn't get an even crisp for us.
We do that too....3 small cuts along the edges and a cross cut in the middle. We love ours REALLY crispy. Now I want a fried bologny sandwich!

Looks really nice!
