  1. Just an FYI: you are going to have a pretty long morning getting there. I was looking at the MARC train schedules, you could pick up the train in Frederick, MD which is about an hour from Gettysburg, but you will have about a two hour train ride.
  2. Hi there! Just curious if you all will be using a chartered bus or if you are in individual cars? If you have chartered a bus, it would be easier to take the bus in because it can drop off and pickup in specific areas and you don't have to worry about parking at all. If you are taking individual cars, your best bet is the Metro as there is very limited space for public parking at the Capitol.
  3. I'm with Gwen on this one. We have gone two years in a row and gotten Park Hoppers both times. While we both love the Fort, we are planning on getting Park Hoppers again this year. We like the flexibility to go wherever we want whenever we want. When we go, we spend only a few hours a day at the campground. With the amount of money a ticket costs - we want to get as much use out of it as possible. We like not having to plan every single day in advance. Usually, we choose which park we are going to based on the Park Hours. During F & W we will go to Epcot for 5 or so hours in the late morni
  4. Please note: you come to my house = 1 hour drive and I will drive the second hour to Providence. Another plus, the flight is only about 2.5 hours when you leave from Providence lol LETS GO!!!!
  5. Everytime I see "Epcot F&G" my brain translates it as Epcot Food and Garden... seems more appropriate now :)
  6. That place looks really neat. I love the idea of their work-camp program. Will put this on my list of places to try (someday). Thanks for the great pictures!
  7. I love your trip reports and read them all, but I need some more food pictures. Those of us that can't eat delicious Disney food year round need to live vicariously through you. If you could do an entire trip report of food, that would be great! (please?!)
  8. I will definitely be putting this on my list of "place to use the restroom" next time we go to Disney...
  9. The boys will never want to leave - I am curious how many of these will end up zip tied to golf carts?
  10. :jumpforjoy Looks like we will be able to go this year after all! Thank you so much! We are so looking forward to it!
  11. I realize that you live and breathe for Food & Wine Festival - don't get my hopes up that this article is about it :)
  12. I find that the teacups are an excellent way to get back at DH for making me wait while he rides Tower of Terror and Rockin' Rollercoaster. MUAHAHAHAHA
  13. The red color of that bracelet is going to clash with most of my outfits. This is unacceptable. Can't I just have a microchip injected in the back of my hand that automatically dissolves at midnight on the last day of my reservation?
  14. No, I have done TOT... I would just prefer not to do it again. The teacups are a spinning thrillride that plunge you headfirst into the wacky world of Alice in Wonderland.
  15. The teacups do not plunge you to your death like rides such as the Barnstormer Rockin' Roller Coaster.
  16. You might as well ride the tram in the parking lot if you are going to sit on the teacups and not spin.
  17. Oh wow... just panicked a little. Glad to see they are planning on reopening before our next trip! Can't wait to take a spin with you Monique! :rofl2:
