  1. Yea! Another Turkey-Day trip report! It was great meeting you and thanks again for the spike!
  2. Jacks first catch of the trip. This was on the door to the comfort station. And you won't believe it but the door was....... Not locked This I took on our cruise thought it was cool. It's a hammerhead shark. The girls are napping so I'm just relaxing at our site stop by if you are around we have cold leinenkugels
  3. I just called and canceled our ressies for premium sites for halloween and christmas. So those who are looking to get ressies should try now. Why? might you ask??? Cause we sold our bus and the schools went and did away with the fall break for the kids :banghead: . So we booked Thanksgiving instead. We are gonna cruise on the dream for 4 days then spend the next 8 nights at the fort in a camper that we rented  (not Donnie's cause his is booked). Good Luck if you are looking for ressies!!
  4. Thanks for the input! We decided(thanks to your help) that it would be too small all around for a golf cart and all the junk that we seem to bring along . We don't have a golf cart yet but we are working towards getting one. Doodle I will PM you I do have lots of questions, thanks for offering advice! Thanks again,
  5. We are considering getting a enclosed trailer to use for traveling, moving, hauling a golf cart and gear....Anyway this is the one we are looking at copied from craigslist 10x6 trailer, length is 12' from the ramp to the front of the v-nose. Enclosed trailer setup for hauling up to 3 motorcycles. Wheel chocks easily removed to allow furniture hauling, lawn mowers, etc. Rear ramp covered in Herculiner truck bed lining for non slip grip. Side door with deadbolt Interior light Spare tire Roof vent 3/4" plywood flooring Exterior light next to side door 3 sections of 10' E-track installed to allow
  6. Thanks for the replies! I think ....Yes there are two babies they are turning 1 next week :highfive: . I probably should of said my other kids ages my oldest DD will be 16 next month, next is DD 12, then DS 10 and DS 7 and then the babies. My oldest DD is better with the twins than my DH so she would be one of the ones holding a baby and I would have the other(this will be how it will work for the rides at the parks as well). We are pretty familiar with the fort but we haven't been in a couple of years so I wasn't sure if the rules have changed. Yes we are crazy but we have been to the
  7. I convinced my DH that we should get a golf cart to use around the new house and to have at the fort(ok that was the real reason but the other sounded good  ). I was thinking about getting a 6seater but he doesn't want one that big plus they are expensive. So would the fort popo come and get us if we have 3 people in the front plus a baby in the lap and 3 kids in the back seat with a baby in the lap? So there would be 8 of us all together. Any suggestions as carts to buy are they all pretty much the same? Thanks,
  8. Wow! I'm tardy to the party :parrot: . Gone for a couple of day and there's a new TCD report and it's already on page 3. I don't know how to quote but you asked about the other water bridge I know there's one at the beach club lake it's on the road that circles around the resorts(I'm not sure what the road or lake is called :-[ )
  9. Oooo! I'm jealous! I'd love to be able to do quick weekends away at the Fort! Have Fun!
  10. We're interested  We are planning on leaving the bus down there from Oct til April so we can take quick Fort trips and trips to the beach. How far from the airport will this be? Are they planning on offering a service to deliver to the fort? That would be great but I understand if they didn't want to drive the campers there. This would be awesome and I would be much more comfortable leaving the bus down there with a fellow fiend :highfive:
  11. Great trip report!! I love how camera shy your girls are :rofl2: . What I love most is the memories you and your girls will have of all the great trips you take together  O and mad props to you for your ability to get pics inside star tours it looks great!
  12. Listening to the electrical water parade at night from my campsite
  13. Yeah another trip report :yay: ! Boooo!!! to the yellow flies they are nasty buggers! I got bit by one last may and that thing itched for months. Have fun and We'll be waiting for updates :wiz:
  14. Yeah!! TCD is here!! This just made my day :parrot: . Did you happen to invite your cousin Yuri too??
  15. I will. He seemed like a nice guy on the phone. I like that he has 6 passenger carts for those of us with big families.
  16. I know everyone likes Kenny but since I'm always late to the party :parrot: he didn't have any left for halloween. So I called Steve Senesi(407-947-2013) and got a cart for 320+tax for 9 nights which is way cheaper than disney. He also has 6 person carts but they were all taken. He only takes cash and checks though. Just thought I'd let people know.
  17. We will have 8 of us maybe 9 when we go to the fort in Oct and are considering getting a six person golf cart. So my question is: are they a pain to park and use? or will they pretty much fit anywhere? I considered renting 2 carts but figured it would be easier to have a 6 person one since we will have the two babies that need to be held. Any suggestions? We are considering buying one but the only place we would use it would be the fort so it's probably not worth it. Thanks, Janelle
  18. Congrats on 10 yrs! I'm gonna guess you live in the eastern part of the US so I would suggest going to the beach maybe South or North Carolina's. We live in WI so I can't be any more specific then the beach Janelle
