Your dream camper doesn't happen to be a 2009 Fleetwood Niagara that if wasn't for needing a vehicle to tow it could find it's own way to the Fort (her 2nd home) Hmmmm, if so I might know where you can get one. Not necessarily cheap, but reasonable and very very (ocd) clean inside.

Members since 1992. Original purchase and 3 resale purchases were at Old Key West. Our 5th purchase was at Boardwalk Villas. We decided to have the home location on the last purchase different to make it easier to book for Food & Wine and for Christmas. We highly recommend resales unless you are wanting to exchange your points for the cruises or Adventures by Disney or concierge locations. If you fully intend to use them for DVC resorts then go to the resalers and book the least expensive points available. It's interesting that you can now buy some of the resales at the same rates as 1992 because of the real estate bubble burst. But as the real estate market improves, so will DVC. And we almost never use our points for staying at the Fort. We use most of them on the most expensive cash-wise stays, which for us is for cruising.

sorry, I forgot to check back on this topic. The cabins are mobile homes. They are not designed for last forever. They will be removed and 'lookalike' cabins will be built in their place. The area for parking is supposed to be increased. And of course a new cabin loop or two may be added

I personally don't want the bracelets & have many of the same concerns that congressman has. On the local news tonight they said that Disney would make them optional and if you wanted to go old school with current cards you could.

I will have car there. Would it be better if I bring SUV in case we go somewhere? (I'd really like to hit the Prime outlet) Car seats 4 (5 if the last is thin) SUV seats 6-7 people.

He looked at the prices to camp, and we could get a cabin via DVC but it was a lot of points that he didn't want to use. Although he might venture over Sunday night to eat dinner with me & then go back home. So am I back with Lorna?

It's like I said to someone the other day on facebook (who I met thanks to the fiends), I feel as though we are so much alike, just different enough to make it interesting, and we get along so well, it feels like we've been friends for many many years. Maybe in our hearts we always have been. And I think we always will be great friends. And whether you've been around since the big bang happened (like Jen and Lorna and Donnie, etc.) or you're brand new to the group, it doesn't matter. Still family.
