Damn you guys. Now I want tots for breakfast.

It is nice to see Disney provide some heart healthy options to their quick service menus.

A true Larrywannabe would fry up 300 lbs of pork skin 6 months before the trip and divide it up into 8 ounce bags for convenience.

Not a bad idea to check those manufacture dates. Personally, I never buy a tire that wasn't made in the same year I put it in service. My Marathons were made in February and installed in April the same year.

Dolly recommends proper inflation for best results. I'm not sure what Larry recommends.
Larry disagrees with everything I said. Then he repeated it only with more words.

It's time to replace the tires on our TT. We've got the stock Goodyear Marathon tires our trailer had when we purchased it new in 2011, and they have given us very good service. I'm inclined to go this route again but I've seen people mention them in the same breath as awful chinese made tires. I haven't checked to see where ours were manufactured, but we have put a lot of miles on them in the time we've had them and never had a problem. I'd estimate we're right around 15k miles on them. I gotta get this done before our next trip to the fort next month! :)
These are load range C tires and our trailer is double axl and dry weight/gvwr is 3600/4400lbs. ST185/80/13
Anybody have any good recommendations to make?
I am running Goodyear Marathons now and am happy with them. That being said, I believe Goodyear stopped manufacturing them when they began production of the Endurance line.
RV owners are a funny lot. A number of years ago, Carlisles were considered some of the worst tires you could buy for your RV. Now, I have heard many people speak highly of them. Maxxis tires were considered the standard a few years ago, now not so much. I have run Marathons, Powermax, TowMax and whatever else the dealership or manufacturer has put on a trailer without incident. Keep speeds down, don't overload, maintain recommended pressures, use a tire pressure monitoring system and you can't go wrong.

By the way, nitro, as is true with many meds, does expire, especially after having been opened. If you aren't going to replace your stock, don't bother having it. Expired nitro is worthless. Again, thankfully it is not available without prescription.
-
You may, however, consider carrying some low dose aspirin in your camper, which can be administered if you suspect a heart attack and is much safer than nitroglycerin tablets.
-
I am thankful the current aed's wont allow a shock to be administered if it isn't necessary. I am equally thankful nitroglycerin tablets aren't available in Wally World next to the vitamins.

Disney has an abundance of free toilet paper on carts throughout the resorts.

Bobby says more discounts are on the way. The next one will be discounted tickets for left handed dentists and 4 of their friends, so start sucking up, losers.

You can only get the extension or refund if there is a store closing in your area.
That would be my point.

My daughter sent me a couple of links about Sam's Club.
If you go to samsclub.com, you can get a 3 month free extension to your current card, or if you scroll down, you can request a refund.
Then she sent a clip of the long lines outside of the Tampa Sams that is closing. Supposedly everything is 25% off.
A three month extension on a membership to a store that may not exist tomorrow is like being offered a free return trip ticket on the Titanic.

Crap. I didn't think of that.

I plan on doing this with my joint - just putting a sign on the door when I am ready to close. I can't wait to see the look on the poor schmucks face when he shows up to work that day!

When I was a POW in Nicaragua, the local kids sold them as food. I am sure I ate iguana eggs for breakfast more than once.

The trouble with Larry the raccoon is he can be such a know it all. Don't ask him about tires.

We had a small freezer outside the camper and one morning there were raccoon prints all over it.
That would be Larry and Lester, my trained raccoons. They raid freezers and ice machines for me to keep my ice supply full for Kungaloosh.

Now that you mention it, I was just wearing my Mickey loincloth.

I have a dog who loves to go for walks at 4 am. Vacation makes no difference to him. On our trip in October, on one walk around the 500 loop, we saw armadillo, turkeys, raccoons. I usually seen 10 or more deer at a time on the trail to the lodge when I take my early morning bike ride. Sometimes they are a hazard, since they are not really afraid of humans, they will stand on the trail itself and I have to weave my bike in and out of the group. I have also seen bald eagles out by Bay Lake. I have heard owls many times, but they are somewhat elusive and I have only seen them a couple times, but if you are patient and follow the hoots, you can find them high in the trees.
A couple of years ago I was on a morning walk with my dog. He is a 75 lb golden doodle. A golf cart came by with a mom, dad and young boy about 3. The parents must have told the kid they were going to see wildlife, because as soon as he saw my dog, he pointed at him and said "look, Dad, wildlife!"

There have been some spectacular accidents on highway 1. 101 north of LA is a freakin racetrack.
-
81 in Pennsylvania used to have that honor. I am glad it has been dethroned. I can think of many other highways that are nearly as bad. The DC beltway, highway 101 in CA, highway 1 in CA just to name a few.

They have a podcast which I have been listening to for a couple years. They have a business relationship with Cabellas, Jayco and Yogi Bears Jellystone RV parks. I'm not sure she was intentionally referencing our group.
