So we have decided against boarding our little pup locally, and we are going to bring him with us. I already have a premium site reserved. I was going to ask for either for 400 or 500 loop. Do you guys think that we will be put in the official pet loops or will the Fort be so crowded that pets will be everywhere?

Still don't follow (may be the alcohol).....how's that cheaper than a TH and pickup....the mpg will be nearly identical to 1 MH. Plus you have use of the pickup for other things

I don't follow....how's that more expensive than paying for 2 MH's and expenses? MPG between a diesel dually and a MH will be very close.....and you just have one tank to fill. :D

Why not a larger toyhauler with 4 queen beds and a dually?

No way in hell! Seems like I remember a story last year about a guy meeting an underage girl at the Fort in a CS for some relations. I would hate to have to kill a person while on vacation.

Although, I have a lot of respect for tent camping, and I really like the simplicity of it.....my tent days are over. I need the creature comforts of at least a TT.

I dont understand why the rv manufacturers dont use this stuff when the trailers are made.

Some do...my KZ has it on the slides. I looked at a new Jayco a few weeks ago that had it from the factory.

Every time I see Anna, I can't help but think what a wonderful life you've given her. I can only imagine what would have been in store for her if you hadn't made her a part of your family.

She is being exposed to things now that she probably could have never dreamed of in her home country.

Well we are back home....hated to leave, but it was a good time.

Oh we love Best Italian. We eat there every time we go. I can eat 6 rolls alone.

The girls and I just finished a hike down into the Black Creek Gorge. It's really nice down there.

I think KZ offers this in their mid level 5'er.....Stoneridge.

Here a few pics of the CG. A lot of people have left today, but a few have arrived. The weather continues to be great. This is our last night. We are gonna have a fire and some crock pot chicken tacos from the recipe thread.

So I came into work this morning at 5 am to make OT...then my wife called and said that a wife was helping her husband back a MH and trailer into a site, and they totally jack knifed it. The husband then proceeds to chew the lady out for a while. :rofl2: I'm sorry that I missed it. I guess they don't put mirrors on MH's. :hah:

Alas, they will not stay 4 and 5. My DD's are 7 & 8, I think they got to that age overnight. It seems like yesterday they were just working on walking and talking. I came home from work one day, and there are suddenly two very small people running my house...

I know exactly what you mean.

Once you have had chiggers on your cajones you will be more vigilant against them.

The majority are non campers, but a lot of campers were there too. The weather couldn't be better this weekend. And yes those two are mine. I wish they could forever be 4 and 5 yrs old.

We are at our favorite local park (Noccalula Falls) this weekend. The park was hosting a festival for Halloween at the Park. They had lots of things for kids to do....all of which resulted in kids receiving candy.

It has been a great weekend so far. I also did some mountain biking on the trails here by the park, and we are about to fire up the grill.

Looks like work may prevent us from going back in Jan, if so AP's won't make financial sense. Not a happy camper.....it's a catch 22...I need the job to vacation, but the job may prevent the vacation. Oh well, won't be long till Thanksgiving at the Fort anyway.
