Autotrain is one of those things I like to consider but it adds up quickly with 6 people. Nice to see some pics and get some feedback on it though, thanks for sharing the Autotrain pics

The picture of how roomy that tent looks from the inside almost had me convinced we could try tent camping. But when you mentioned it being wet when you were packing it up I pictured rain on our last day and a soggy tent,soggy people for the 20+ hour drive home.. I have a friend that does not want to vaca and leave her dog at home, I am trying to sell her on trying Best Friends!

DH will end up driving truck again when he retires from construction - kind of lovin that idea - if I can deal with the looks

Definitely interesting but that is a whole lot of credit cards and I just don't think we spend enough to save that much.

Hi I am new here, looking for advice for our first Ft. trip. I have been looking at fortcamperrental and was just wondering if anyone here has rented from them and can recommend a specific pop up? There are 6 of us, 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre teen and 2 kids - 7 & 5. Thanks for any advice!
