They are not on the Disney preferred list because Disney only selected 5 out of all the vendors. Their office/warehouse is right up the Rd on Turkey Lake and they are at the FORT/DISNEY on a regular basis. Also they don't just "drop it off" they meet you personally and go over everything with you. We actually own Linda's, (came from them) but when we were there in Jan we had a "gremlin" in her charging system (came and went and no one knows why). Anyway they were going to provide/loan us an extra battery (gratis) to take on the cruise if we had anymore trouble before we got on-board the ship.
