CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
Saw this at: http://disneymusings.blogspot.com/2014/01/epcot-japan-candy-artist.html. Has anyone else heard/seen anything about this? If it's true, we will miss her!

Lou... 3,118
Has anyone else heard/seen anything about this? If it's true, we will miss her! It closed at the end of Nov, and according to the Mouse, it's permanent.
CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
I'm sad. Supposedly there are only a few people in the world who can do this, so she must be impossible to replace. Glad we got to see her one last time in October.
h2odivers...Ray 952
That stinks. I've never seen her. Her art looks really cool.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
That's really too bad, but I guess it was bound to happen eventually. Personally I think it effected her negatively when she was no longer allowed to give out her creations to Guests. (It's a shame a few whiners ruined that experience for everyone.) I'd be surprised if there is someone to replace her. Her art was unique and if I remember right, she was one of the few that practiced it.

It stinks that she was not longer able to hand out her creations. They were fabulous! We will really miss seeing her. We always enjoy her performance. I'm glad we had the chance to chat with her at our last visit and see her as many times as we did.
