AuburnJen 771
This was from @allaroundORL on Twitter. These are now being handed out to guests. Do they just have a death wish for the complaint department or is it me? View image on Twitter All Around Orlando@AllAroundORL Nice note being distributed to guests upon entering Hollywood Studios. Classy move from Phil Holmes. #LiveAtWDW 12:43 PM - Jun 5, 2018 14 See All Around Orlando's other Tweets Twitter Ads info and privacy http://chipandco.com/new-letter-being-given-to-guests-visiting-hollywood-studios-in-midst-of-major-expansion-310537/ Images courtesy of , chipandco.com, Twitter and All Around Orlando (@allaroundORL)
Seals 111
To me this just says "you picked the wrong time to come to Hollywood Studios. But spend your money today. And then come back and spend more money when all the fun stuff has opened." And also, isn't it weird that it says "is in the midst of a multi-year expansion, where Guests can have their own adventures together in the immersive worlds of ..." instead of "will be able to have their own adventures..." Because you can't have that adventure during the expansion only when it's done.
AuburnJen 771
The whole thing is weird to me. However, I am not the one that has to deal with the people writing in to them, good, bad, ugly, fantastic or otherwise.
keith_h 420
Based on our last trip to HS I think Disney should be paying the guests to visit. We were very disappointed after not having been there since the 90's and seeing how much isn't there anymore.

I saw that on my last visit. There must be a memo somewhere telling managers to prepare letters like this, and they hired some remote workers to send nice responses assuring guests that their concerns have been heard. Just your typical guest relations baloney. TCD
AuburnJen 771
I sure hope they are paid to have thick skin and not take anything personal.
