DebbieT11 5
Welcome, mamma eagle - you'll love this site. It's got a special charm all its own....lol.....We try to reserve a preferred site, pet friendly each time we go. We've ended up in other places from time to time, but not as a matter of course. We don't mind the cocina shells at the back of the site at all..... You and your family are going to truly enjoy that new camper - congratulations, and if we're at Disney in December at the same time, please stop and say hello! We'll have purple flamingos in the yard....lol.....
fishngjb 2
Sometimes, you have to get firm with the guys at the check-in. In May they put us on a lot too small and with trees that rubbed the RV. I called the office and they sent us down the loop to one, no better. We drove back up to the office and on the way up saw many, many empty spaces that were so much larger and nicer than that 200 loop. After going in and discussing this we ended up in loop 700 and it was great, as we were there for 3 weeks. Cost more but many of the others were not the Premium were also great. This we found after riding around in the GC. I think some of the guys who assign are not familar with the lots and what they will accomodate. We were p'ed about having to move 3 times to finally get a suitable space, but now we know which loops are more suitable. Hope we won't have any problem in Dec. when we arrive as I know how busy it is there then.
Nicki aka Rebelstand 272
We stayed in loop 300 last christmas. We had site 328. It was a great site. You can walk out the back of the site to the dog walk area on the canal. If you walk south along the canal it eventually turns toward the dog park area. So you can walk via the canal or pavement to the dog park, or if your pups are in a hurry just walk out the back of your lot to the canal. The site that was east of us was quite roomy and had a large class A on it.
