Those arrows are on the side of the Control Tower that you come to just as you enter the big open area of the queue. I thought someone would get it because of the unique arrow design, which is repeated throughout that attraction. Here are two more examples: Those are the only ones I have photos of, but that unique arrow design, which looks like a sideways Space Mountain, is used a bunch of times in there. You got it right on your first try. That is the Wonders of Life pavilion. At least that's what I call it. These are windows on the outside, near the entrance.
