Thanks all, had a AWESOME birthday weekend chewing the fat and drinking with fellow fiends.

We cruised on the Carnival Triumph in 2002. It is (was?) fairly comparable to the RCCL Grandeur in both size and decor. I think the food was better on the Grandeur and we definitely had better servers, too. The Carnival did have the nicer pool area in that it had a 2 story water slide, and the RCCL had nothing extra in the pool area, but did have the climbing wall. I would rather sail again on RCCL than Carnival.
But would really rather try a DCL :)
We are the opposite, we had our first cruise on Carnival and the second on RCCL, same itinerary comparable size ships. We thought the food and service was better on Carnival especially when it came to dealing with my daughters food allergies. We plan on another Carnival cruise next summer.

We all can only hope Becky was able to do that!!!!
Or maybe because Becky finally tossed a certain neon green article of "clothing" in the fire?!?
I can't believe you guys are making fun of me. I was cold and went and out more clothing on and you make fun of me for it? Some friends you are.

I'm In.... Wish I was at this GG.... Oh wait I was there ! and it was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!
Taylor Pork Roll can be used as a breakfast meat, lunch or dinner meat. My favorite way is to fry it and then put fried onions, American Chesse, horseradish sauce, on the pork roll in a soft streamed bun... That is a litlle slice of heaven right there.
In your case, isn't this considered canabalism?

Anyone here have a truck camper? My parents have talked about one for years and are finally looking. They are currently looking at a lance 950s.
Any advice, opinions or know of any truck camper specific forums?
Reach out to Lisa, she had one before she and Bruce upgraded and went fulltime.

It's April ! Plans are made, beverages purchased, menu's being finalized, and Gettysburg is about to have it's greatest weekend of the year.
I can't purchase the beverages that far in advance. They might decide not to wait on the trip and beg to be drunk earlier.

Won't matter much longer. The Four Seasons plans on filling in Bay Lake to build a road for running limos straight to the Magic Kingdom. No
No, they are going to be fully submersable subs with torpedos if a Fort boat gets in the way.

Of course in PA anybody can get an inspection sticker for 20 bucks, so the jerks who drove the rusted out POS before still drive them.
I once passed my Toyota with a rotted frame by buying a case of beer for the mechanic. Unfortunately, the state has been cracking down on the lick and stick shops around here.
I've spent enough time in Philly to think that banning rusty cars in PA is hilarious.
In my neck of the woods, they either dont get the vehicle inspected or register it as a farm vehicle which exempts it from inspections.
-
That looks like a small rust spot. They've got some pretty tough rules in PA
They may look small, but the one over
The wheel looks like it is rusted through. That would be a safety issue here. Pa got tough because of the crap people were driving.
-
I might go check this one out. It's not that far from me at all. All of them look good Though. Thanks LONE-STAR
My concern would be the very visable cancer spots on the drivers side of the truck. I know in PA that would not pass a state inspection anymore.

What is the weight of the pop up? You may have better expanded results if you look at 6 cylinders in some of the midsize SUV's. Also if you are just using it for towing or fair weather driving, you might also expand your selection if you drop the four wheel drive.

Its either attend or get a case of empties mailed to you.
-
I'll pack the tent and the blow up matresses, or there will be room in the camper for you and your kids also.
-
I'll sweeten the deal with a CASE of Yeungling Creek Water, to who ever get Aaron to break! I even leave my Michagin sucks banter at home.
-
I wish i was going at all......just re-read my TR from last year.....i could use some beer, snarkaloosh, and good company.
you can come without the wife. Just makesure she sends the cookies!

Are we there yet? I have to go to the bathroom.

You would think the "Rangers" would carry fire extinguishers with them.
If he does, he was probably busy investigating a bent blade of grass on one of the sites.

I am wondering if that point where people stop paying the Fort prices are not already here. I do believe for the first time in I can't remember how long, I am actually considering staying off property because the prices are so out of line for the summer.
Whole heartily agree. The steep price increases have taken the fort off our radar for any time in the next few years at least.

How many days til we leave?

Bill will always do his best to save your basement. Right Bill?
Havent lost one yet. Besides urban redevelopment can be a good thing.

Fires extinguishers are a good thing.
So is beer!

Not at the Fort, but did see my camper in the side yard of the my house. Best part was the truck was hooked up to it, so I must have been getting ready to go somewhere.
