  1. We cruised on the Carnival Triumph in 2002.  It is (was?) fairly comparable to the RCCL Grandeur in both size and decor.  I think the food was better on the Grandeur and we definitely had better servers, too.  The Carnival did have the nicer pool area in that it had a 2 story water slide, and the RCCL had nothing extra in the pool area, but did have the climbing wall.  I would rather sail again on RCCL than Carnival.

But would really rather try a DCL :)

We are the opposite, we had our first cruise on Carnival and the second on RCCL, same itinerary comparable size ships.  We thought the food and service was better on Carnival especially when it came to dealing with my daughters food allergies.  We plan on another Carnival cruise next summer.

  2. We all can only hope Becky was able to do that!!!!

Or maybe because Becky finally tossed a certain neon green article of "clothing" in the fire?!?

I can't believe you guys are making fun of me. I was cold and went and out more clothing on and you make fun of me for it? Some friends you are.

  3. I'm In....   Wish I was at this GG....   Oh wait I was there !   and it was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!

Taylor Pork Roll can be used as a breakfast meat, lunch or dinner meat.   My favorite way is to fry it and then put fried onions, American Chesse, horseradish sauce, on the pork roll in a soft streamed bun...   That is a litlle slice of heaven right there.

In your case, isn't this considered canabalism?

  4. Of course in PA anybody can get an inspection sticker for 20 bucks, so the jerks who drove the rusted out POS before still drive them.

I once passed my Toyota with a rotted frame by buying a case of beer for the mechanic. Unfortunately, the state has been cracking down on the lick and stick shops around here.

I've spent enough time in Philly to think that banning rusty cars in PA is hilarious.

In my neck of the woods, they either dont get the vehicle inspected or register it as a farm vehicle which exempts it from inspections.

  5. I am wondering if that point where people stop paying the Fort prices are not already here. I do believe for the first time in I can't remember how long, I am actually considering staying off property because the prices are so out of line for the summer.

Whole heartily agree. The steep price increases have taken the fort off our radar for any time in the next few years at least.
