  1. Doug Lord is the new GM. Call the front desk and they should give you his "E" mail address. His snail mail is: Doug Lord, General Manager Disney?s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground P.O. Box 10000 Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-9600
  2. Another rumor from "over there".. New Rumor: Fort Wilderness MerchandiseuTo Return? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Edited to remind Ed that Auburn won the National Championship this year and we certainly don't want you to forget it" Thus ends our public service announcement
  3. We use I-75 throught Atlanta regularly when going to the Fort. Maybe we're bad but I also use the HOV lane with th MH, have seen others doing it as well. Passed police numerous times never been told to move over. It only says 2 or more peope and no trucks, nothing about trailers. I've actually seen landscapers and others with trailers in that lane as well with 2 people in the cab. I also agree you need to avoid the rush hour periods, which we usually do.
  4. Bye, bye Golf Carts and ECVs youtube.com/watch_popup?v=cuIJRsAuCHQ
  5. I guess finding this on the back of your car is definitely out of the question!

  9. That's the advantage of being retired, it just goes on hold around Thansgiving thru Chirstmas.. (and we have winterized several times over a couple months)
  10. Or he didn't hear it and is one of "many" who should not be driving a large MH or towing..And yes I'm a little prejudiced since I have a Class "A" CDL...
  11. We are on our second JAYCO MH since 2001. They are a wonderful company to deal with, very customer oriented. I know several people that have had out of warranty issues covered by JAYCO (both trailers and mhs). Our son just picked up his 17Z yesterday. The fact that they are still a family owned company (which includes STARCRAFT RV and ENTEGRA COACH) you don't have the corporate philosophy to deal with if you have issues. Also you get a 2 year warrranty on any new unit.
  12. I think you will find easy and hard sites in just about every loop, 600 may be the exception since it is fairly straight road vs a circle/loop. We were in 400 in Jan and there are some very large, easy to manuver sites in that loop as well.
  13. I think there is a "pretty standard" schedule of who's going to be where. I would just ask at Guest services. It will also probably depend on who the "favs" are.
  14. No argument, just quoting page 5 item#3 http://www.rbs2.com/copyrm.pdf Also forgot to mention he may have trouble winning this one. Did more research since my first post this morning and the "Original" Hoop-Dee-Doo with Perry Como is a "FREE" ringtone download for the Android phone. So it appears to be in the "public domain" already.
  15. Deb, If it's used in a "Worship Service" it seems to be exempt. If it is part of a play or fund raiser then premission is needed.
  16. According to the Copyright laws they may have a case. http://www.rbs2.com/copyrm.pdf PERRY COMO "Hoop-Dee-Doo" (Frank Loesser and Milton De Lugg) Hoop-dee-doo, hoop-dee-doo I hear a polka and my troubles are through Hoop-dee-doo, hoop-dee-dee This kind of music is like heaven to me Hoop-dee-doo, hoop-dee-doo Has got me higher than a kite Hand me down my soup and fish I am gonna get my wish Hoop-dee-doin' it tonight
  17. The discounts on sites are "hit and miss", as well as limited in number. Once the allocation, when available, are used then no more are given out.
