Hmmmm, I don't see whiskey listed in the ingredients.
Cake looks good!

Oh my, there is one about 20 minutes from my house. In the middle of nowhere. It is not even in a major city. Anyway, one salted regular one is 10 smartpoints. I feel a need to splurge my weekly bonus allowance soon.

We did a hit and run vow renewal service at the beach at the Fort. It was about 4pm. My son is ordained [via the internet lol]. He and my niece did the service for us and for my sister and her husband. Then we ate at the dinner buffet. 3 extra witnesses so it was pretty small.

Not going to be convenient for those who would grab a quick cup of coffee and bring back to the room while getting ready to go the parks. Getting some quick breakfast while the boys were getting ready and letting them eat while I got ready was a nice bonus. Not that I need that anymore. LOL

If they rely on projections, won't this hurt their boat renting scheme?

Seriously, that is exactly what it felt like. LOL

Happy Birthday Snarky!

On our second trip, we found a bikini top in the corner of the bathroom. And then dropped the wet soap on the carpet in that sink area. When I picked it up, it was covered in dark brown hair. We are a family of blondes & redheads and had only been there a few hours. Put the comforter from the bunk beds on the floor and noticed the dust on them when picking them up. They vacuumed when we asked them to, but felt we shouldn't have had to ask. Had ants in the bathroom, but that was our fault for not cleaning the mugs out better.
Our last trip, I brought a vacuum. Before I could use it, we found a toe nail on the floor outside the bathroom. And then I used the vacuum and filled the container. A Dyson compact, so not huge. But still full. The balcony was always wet, not housekeeping's fault. But the side wall was full of mold/mildew. We had an inside courtyard corner room. The toe nail was the straw that broke his back though. If we are going to be sleep in filth, it is going to be OUR filth. LOL

Well you all know I've had problems with Wilderness Lodge, twice on different trips. They were so bad that is why I now own a 5th wheel from a husband who never had any intention of ever camping. :D

Is this only in the parks or can I send my parents to Disney Springs to get them?

I mostly lurk on the trip reports now. However, I do want to say that I am glad Kenny took care of you right away. On a holiday to boot. That is the service I had before the last time with the charger mishap for me. Mine had to be a fluke.
We have one of those oil-less fryers but haven't used it yet.
Looking forward to Rocky photos.

Why would they serve the banana with nuts thing? So many kids have allergies.

I don't even see a fan for air movement inside that plastic, keep all the humidity inside, tent.

Isn't that the best way to enjoy the outdoors?
LOL

Thanks. They tend to be non-worriers. They wouldn't leave unless strongly encouraged.

Oh that is interesting. My parents own a home, double wide in a 55+ community in Winter Haven. They didn't say anything about evacuating yesterday. Wonder if they got something today and just didn't feel like telling us kids.

Happy New Trailer!!

We have one of these near us. It is very close to where husband works. I can order the pizza on line, he goes in and pays and they fire it up. They are $7.95 for the make your own/signature ones. So the price increase isn't too steep for Disney.

I don't normally put my two cents in, but I have to this time.
I rented a cart from Kenny July 2015. The cart he gave me had a faulty battery charger. The wires were frayed and it wouldn't hold a charge. It died on me on the way to the site the first day, but I thought it was because the person before me didn't charge it all the way. When it died on me the second day, I saw the wire issue. It took two days before a new cart was given to me. I was promised a refund because he knew about the issue and the cart should not have been given to me. It didn't show up and I called about it. It didn't show up again and it was my choice to just let it drop. Trying to dispute a partial charge on my credit card is a pain in the neck and it wasn't worth my time to have to go the bank to fill out the form when I don't normally go to the bank in person at all.
I didn't come here and make a fuss. I didn't go anywhere else and say anything. I thought it was a fluke and didn't want to harm his business. I still don't want to harm his business. All I am saying is that it is completely possible that Kenny dropped the ball again on issuing a refund. And that some people react differently than others. I am of the wimpy let you push me around variety.

So, does that make it OK to steal someone's photos?
TCD
Goodness no. She should never have touched them in the first place.

Would she even be allowed to say where the photos came from? Aren't they like super strict about naming other sites?

While it isn’t “private,” the Chip ‘n Dale Campfire Sing-A-Long is available to all guests….and…..it’s FREE! Check out my Disney Parks Moms Panel answer to a question about this outstanding experience

When a tree branch fell on the roof of our camper and tore a small hole in it, the reps that came to inspect it said to stress that it was a dead tree branch if anyone asked. If it was alive one, it would be an Act of God. Since it was dead, it was Disney responsibility to remove them before they could cause damage.

I like IKEA. But IKEA should be at the Contemporary, not Wilderness Lodge.
