  1. If this is a real concern for your pets safety you could install thermostat controlled fantastic fans in your roof vents. They would open and turn on at a set temp. incase of an AC or power failure. You could set one for intake and the other to exaust. They would run off of 12 volt and keep the inside cooler. Just my thought It wouldn't be cheap but it would make a good failsafe backup to an AC problem while you are away. Fantasict Fan
  2. I am going to put a dimmer on my hanging mickey it is way to bright right on the front of the MH.
  3. I thought that was the Wilderness Swimmin Pool Now I know why everyone else had suits on
  4. Will be there in 20 days ( barring another disaster) and I love to take pictures so I will print out your list and see what I can do. Usually take over 1000 pics per trip I love digital cameras.
  5. How old was the vehicle at that time? You more than likely could have filed for a lost title and got a new one from the state. I purchased a car several years ago that didn't have a title and all I had to do was contact the DMV from Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois to make sure the car wasn't titled in one of thoes states and they gave me a brand new Indiana title. We did the same thing two years ago on DS's motorcycle. The local police ran the numbers and when it came up clean the DMV gave me a clean title.
  6. They checked for resort ID when WDW was not what it is today. The bus fleet was probably a third the size it is now. Guests complain now about how long it takes to get somewhere, how much would checking IDs add to the process? I doubt that they'll ever bring it back. We use a touchless scan card at work to access the main gate why wouldn't that work? All it would take is a card reader on the bus to waive your card by as you get on. No card no ride it wouldn't take even the stupidest of pepole to get the idea.
  7. I guess it just boils down to the all mighty dollar and Disney wanting as many of them as they can get There are local campgrounds here that will not let you in the gate for no reason so whu can't FW take a lesson? It is a private resotr not a public park. And just like other places you have to buy a pass to get in the gate if you aren't camping there and you have a set time to be there before they come looking for you. It is just sad that people pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars for the Fort alone then get pushed aside by freeloaders hogging up the place or just trying to run your ki
  8. Personally I think everyone should have to show resort id or confirmation of a reservations to even use Disney transportation :D
  9. The sad part is that you are more than likely right :rofl2: When DW was going to lamaze classes for DD the Nurse/Instructor told us that dads were welcome to spend the night with DW but to bring sleeping clothes or to please seep in your street clothes. No sleeping in the nude :rofl2: Thats when the Jeff Foxworthy in me came out and I ask "Is this realy a problem" to which the nurse told us that they had walked in several times on someone sprawled out naked in the recliner with the blankets on the floor. :rofl2: That was 22 years ago and will stick with me until I die
  10. With this Fort history lesson I also think that I missed the best wears of the Fort :rofl2: It realy sounds like they went the extra mile to make this a place like no other with all the little touches that make great memories. Wish I could have seen some of it :protip:
  11. I thought that too, but I wasn't sure I wanted to tell Lisa her caboose looked tacky. :siren: Sometimes you just gotta throw the truth out there and see what happens :siren: The tires come in handy when you need to haul a.. er, haul your caboose. :argh: Yes but the steel wheels could haul some major caboose
  12. I thought that too, but I wasn't sure I wanted to tell Lisa her caboose looked tacky. :rofl2: Sometimes you just gotta throw the truth out there and see what happens :rofl2:
  13. Would have been cool if they went all the way and got some rails and the steel train wheels for it. Looks tacky with the trailer tires :-\
  14. You can Google it I just bought some locally it ain't cheap bout $5 a can but it will clean anything. I used it today to remove grease spots from the carpet in the RV
  15. Some of the older campers we sold were this way and the guy in the wash bay used SD-20 and hand cleaned them. They looked good when he was done with them. SD-20 is the best cleaner I have found it will clean just about anything.
  16. The rolling issue is why I never disconnect the safety chains until I am sure the trailer is happy. As for moving the trailer we allways pushed our enclosed trailer into the site loaded at around #3000 but it was a single axle now that it is a tandem I am building one of these to move it.
  17. I have used the plastic steaks in the past with good luck but now I use the large polebarn spikes. They are about 5/16 X 8" and they work great
