  1. Lough TCD? Nice pics. Keep 'em coming.
  2. Yes. I'd check with the campground first before spending the bucks on the adapter. I have yet to see a pedestal with 50A only. Most look similar to this:
  3. Boba. Rebels. R2 Chopper. Jar Jar. What are you all talking about. These are the only Star Wars characters I know... And these:
  4. It's the 3000 loop. The beer taps are on the other side of the columns.
  5. Geez. Alright. Twist my arm. We have gone that route in the past but prefer NY Thruway to Northway to 149/4 then up 22A/7 into Burlington. I may find a few 'traveling home' pics to post later......
  6. Well, with Z there holding your hand, you have nothing to worry about. Thanks Todd. Would you be interested in a TR after we visit this summer? We have been going to Smuggs' every winter since we bought back in 2006. This past winter was the first we did not go, and that was because we had this Disney trip and couldn't take the kids out of school. We exchanged for the summer, which will be our first summer there. I found some pics on my work PC, and since it is 'Throwback Thursday', let's take you back to our inaugural Jan 2006 trip. K Bear and Mogul Mouse. Yes. He's real
  7. A quick web search netted this from Michelin; For continued optimized vehicle performance, it is recommended that all tires be replaced at the same time. If only two tires are being replaced, the two newer tires need to be installed on the rear axle, regardless of vehicle drive type. The new tires with deeper tread will provide better wet grip and evacuate water more effectively - which helps delay the onset of hydroplaning. Deeper tread tires on the rear axle will help avoid loss of vehicle stability on wet surfaces. You learn something new every day.
  8. I am wondering about why to place the new in the back as well. Can someone elaborate?
  9. Trip is over. Done. Can't afford more in money or time. This Disney trip has ended. Life's trip is still rolling. Unfortunately, yes, at home. I'm sad it's over too. And that's a big statement considering I am not a 'gung-ho' Disney person like some of 'yall. I may post a few more of the trip home, tho not many. That sunset picture was nice. Much better in person. What about Jason? Or does he have to man the Big Green Egg? Thanks for reading along. Thanks. Sunset for the win. Thank you. If you're asking about the next Disney trip, we have nothing plann
  10. Glad they are OK. I would do what Carol suggests. We were in the situation of having to replace a defective tire. We opted for just the one, and while it has been alright, the car drifts a bit due to non-equal overall tire size. Place the new up front.
  11. More so that when you are in the front of the house, you get the feeling of being transformed into a magical place, without the knowledge of the behind the scenes workings.
  12. Late to the party. Love the pics. Great zooms.
  13. Cinnamon rolls aside, though I know they are a hot topic. When we aere at MK the one day, I saw the backstage doors open and a bunch of CMs manning it, allowing guests to pass thru. Not sure why. I think that a bit of magic is being lost. But, with all the technology I can see where they maybe have just given up. Still better than many other parks where they make no effort to hide the backstage.......
  14. OK. Made it on page two. Was going to comment on the visited spots in Key West to mention missing Sloppy Joe's but TCD beat me to it. Instead, I'll mention Mallory Square and those vendors hocking the conch fritters. Tough about not being pool people. Looks like you could have had the pool to yourselves after lunch that day while in port in Cozumel. Thanks for adding some of the history of your stops along the way. I'm hoping this is a theme in your TR. Verandah (without water) for the win! You may now continue with your scheduled cruise.......
  15. Hollywood Studios Revisited It's now Tuesday, April 22. This will be our last day at a park. We check out tomorrow. 9 days went fast....but not rushed. That's good. We've got FP+ for Rockin Roller Coaster, Lights Motors Action and Indiana Jone's. We also have 2 Rider Switch passes for Star Tours and Toy Story Mania. They were given to us some days back when Harry and I took a walk in the 900 loop from a wonderful family. I wasn't sure if/how the switch passes would work, so I made sure I was involved for the first try. More later. We arrived somewhere later in the moring. I wa
  16. WOW, that is crazy. I'm surprised there's no accidents with those fools Brits driving on the wrong side of the road...
  17. Another for the Weber Q. We have the 220 and it fits well in the front compartment. We would have the Big Green Egg, but there are a few bridge crossings to our favorite campsite that have a 12 ton limit.....
  18. Disney ought to buy the rights to that road crossing, tear it up and place it in Epcot so us folk can get a picture without jumping across the pond. Ireland side trip for the win. If your kids haven't done so already, they better thank you and Mrs TCD for all you're giving them. I pray my kids become mentally responsible enough and me financially responsible enough to do similar things.
  19. Love the Dumbo pic. Hat is just fine in my book.
  20. Should I be offended?? Just to warn you Lou, I am finally getting the time this afternoon to finish up my TR. Feel free NOT to read it......
  21. OK, past 10 posts. This is the problem. Watch out for the Otters........
