I use a small dorm refrigerator with my popup at the Fort. I also take a cube freezer with me if staying a week.

I once had a chance to take my 15' boat up next to an aircraft carrier. Amazing how anything that big can float also been up next to a cruise ship, really make you seem small. Glad both were docked.

Okay... so now I'm freaked out about the wheel bearings.  Which IR Thermometer did you purchase and what temps do I check??  How do I know if something is too hot??

Check hubs and tire tread. they should be close together. If one is hotter, you probably have a problem. After a while you will know what they usually run.

My trailer has 30 amp service, but I purchased the 50 to 30 and 15 to 30 adapters and put them in my just in case box. I also carry an extra 50' 30 amp extension cord, and have used it a few times.

I would buy 2 and 1 wheel, put 2 new ones on front and have a full size spare with the other one.

How about renting a camper for in-laws for the weekend they are going and using theirs. Would be cheaper to rent for a weekend instead of 3 weeks.

Great start, been waiting for it. My favorite attraction in Key West is Mel Fisher's Gold Museum. Lot to do and see there.

Maybe Twin #2 needs a screen name so she can share her adventures with us. Twin #2 would work as name.

As far a temperature, all hubs should be close together. If one is a lot hotter, there is a problem. Same with tire temperature, all tires should be the same. When I pulled a trailer a lot, I invested in a spare hub and bearings, actually used an axle spindle mounted on frame and used it for a spare tire rack. Gave me a spare hub and bearings with a set of lug nuts.

Way to break it in

I just need the time and money to go to WDW as much as TCD. I live closer than he does and still can not work in a trip very often.

We do have many things we do separately. This is something she want to does not have any idea how. I am more than happy to show her and if she does decide she likes it she's on her own. 

 

 

She never learned to fish growing up. There is a long list of things we have been working our way through that she has never done or seen before. This happens to be one she chose to try right now. 

 

I suspect she isnt going to want to touch the fish by her reactions to having to deal with other things, such as when the pets have gotten sick, cleaning and cooking a chicken or turkey. If she has no problem with it even better for me. But I am going into this expecting to be the one removing that fish from the hook and tossing it back in. 

I think Jason just need to hire a guide to take Sil fishing. She would catch fish and Jason wouldn't have to touch a fish.
