  2. Hmm... how do I make the photos appear larger in the post.. if I click on them, they are huge!
  3. I'll introduce my girls. This is Casey. She's 9 years old, loves Irish Step Dancing and the color blue. She's going into 4th grade and just a delightful young lady. Beautiful sunset on the beach.
  4. We arrived Friday night after a very HOT ride (we took both the truck w/ the Lance camper on it and my 1999 Caravan). Both vehicles have no AC. yikes! [Ken will fix the air conditioning in the truck before we go to Florida this Aug.] Relaxing after setting up (Casey is my oldest (9), Kylie is 6 and that's my mother-in-law).
  5. HI!!! I love all the trip reports and it inspired me to create one of my own. This is a report of our camping trip to the Salisbury Beach State Reservation in MA over the July 4th week, 2012. Hope some of you will read along. :wave1:
  6. Working on a trip report

  8. I've been to most of those places on your list. Hershey PA--fun amusement park and CHOCOLATE factory! need I say more? Cheshire, MA for a day - ahh the Berkshires, beautiful! hope you can see Tanglewood! (music venue). NH is a nice state too!!! don't forget us! (Portsmouth is right on the ocean as is Hampton beach) Freeport, ME for a day (I need to worship at the altar of LL Bean)--such a cute little town, fun shops. Bar Harbor and Ellsworth, ME and Acadia for 4-5 days -- I like both Bar Harbor and Acadia. Beautiful! Acadia is actually an island... a lot of times they don't allow campfire
  9. Nice report!!! So glad Peanut had a good time! I can't wait to take my girls (6 & 9) next month for their first visit to the Mouse House!

  11. Shot gun!!!!!!!! The new puppy is adorable!!! Hope she's feeling all better from her infection and loving her new family.
  12. small, small world! That's so cool TCD that you were able to find photos of them!
  13. You guys crack me up! I really was laughing out loud at a lot of the posts. Ken has told our girls (ages 6 & 9) that every time they say "ARE WE THERE YET" on the 20+ hr drive down to WDW, they owe him a $1. He figure's he'll be rich by the time we get there. ha ha ha
  14. Great non-report. Glad you survived the boat wake! ugh! Can't wait to read more.
  15. As long as we are outside, feel free to stop by! (as others have said, our camper is SMALL, so we are generally outside if we are awake). Cindy
  16. wow I can't believe they let that many people in using the pool and even cooking! that are not campers... Do people complain to the office?
  17. HI! Welcome! I"m new here too. My favorite site for predicting crowds and for having a plan to get around them is: http://www.easywdw.com/
  18. Love reading all about your trips! such fun to read and dream of when we will be there (soon T-71 more days). Thanks for posting!
  19. Thank you for sharing!!! Looks like you had a wonderful time!
  20. We have such a small space w/ 4 people, that I have to keep it neat or ther'd be no room for us! we have a neat 2 compartment folding laundry basket that I got at Target. I use one side for Laundry and the other I put a garbage bag in. It stays under the Fridge. I empty the trash at least once, if not twice a day. The laundry gets put in a Large garbage bag and put into the wheel wells until I have time to do it (usually in the middle of our 2 week vacation). I sweep the small floor (takes like 1 minute) almost every day and wipe the counters down w/ those Clorx cleaner clothes when needed.
  21. planning for our Aug trip to the Fort!
