no golf carts, one yr someone had one in the back of their truck and were told not to dare take it out of the truck. Most if not all sites have fire  pits and nice fire pits on them.

If I had 6 daughters I wouldn't have to live in an rv to go crazy although the two of us have been living in ours for 4 yrs.  Having the grandkids here sometimes  makes it tight but doable but I doubt I would want that many full time.

We stayed there once about 10 yrs ago, we were the only ones in there, I think it was January. The lady was nice (the Peach Queen) herself but it looked even worse then so consider yourself lucky.

Thanks Dave but in reality I think we will be in the same situation we were in last year. Baseball and Volleyball will make it hard for us to get there without driving back and forth and being gone all day Saturday. I love DC and we had a lot of good times there but i doubt with these schedules we will be able to make it that time of year.
